Its a Kmart, what do you expect? Theyre hamstrung by their current corporate structure. Yet this store, on rt. 44, has been pretty good to me over the years. The staff is very nice & willing to accommodate requests. For 2 years now, I’ve found new Star Wars toys that have been put on shelves early, before street date, & theyve been willing to hold them for me until the date comes. Try getting a Walmart or Target to do that for you. Thanks, Kmart!

Zero stars! This is the most disgusting, filthy store ever! I once saw a rat near the front! The health board should shut this place down! Super old and dirty, with no selection and nasty staff. You cant find anything and the store feels like its about to fall apart! I have never had such a horrible experience! This dump should have closed years ago! I cant believe its still open! Dont shop here! Crappy store, anything is better than this!

Inexpensive, disorganized, a bit messy and I asked 3 different staff about where to find what I was looking for - got told 3 different places in the store none of which were right! Left empty handed and went to Target to get what I needed. Please train your staff better and make sure they know your store please!

Was able to find everything I wanted. The store was extremely hot with no air conditioning. Even the employees were complaining. I had to leave bc I felt like going to pass out. If air conditioning is not working the store should be closed..Unlezz want people to pass out and then that would cause issues.

Generally clean establishment. Usually a long line at checkout and each transaction takes a while. Sometimes areas are poorly stocked. All workers are polite and helpful, doing the best they can in the situation they find themselves.

Very disappointed last week when looking for a Microwave. Only two on the shelf. One was a return and one new one. I asked the Lady at customer service when is your next shipment of Microwave and she had no idea.

Theres always a very long wait at the register and their airconditioning doesnt seem to be working so great. Yes, they do have some good deals if youre on a budget, but not if youre in a hurry.
