Ordered furniture in April for a baby due in July. Furniture didnt arrive until late August! While the delays were due to the manufacturer, not Everything But the Baby, they made no effort to communicate the delays or expected arrival. Once the furniture was ready for delivery, they did not coordinate with me to see if I would even be home to accept the delivery before sending the truck. I had to take a day off of work with zero notice to make sure the crib wasnt left in pieces in my driveway! The delivery company called me the night before to let me know they would be there between 10-2pm. Everything But the Baby NEVER told me the delivery had been scheduled. At the same time, we also ordered the crib conversion rails to full size bed which they sent in the wrong color! I notified them in June and they said they would send the correct color by August. It is now October and I have not received the correct product or any update on status. Terrible at keeping the customer informed and overall lack of communication is shocking in this day and age.

It is a breath of fresh air! so warm, friendly and personal. In such a small place, you can buy not only small accessories like pacifiers and toys, not only bigger stuff like strollers and cribs, not only kid furniture like dressers and bunk beds, but also for adults - My daughter furnished her house there when she got married and when she had her first child got everything she needed for the baby and herself, like nursing pumps, nursing shawls etc. There is an amazing variety of budgets and tastes, and the owner is so helpful - no need to hire an interior decorator. They also have a gift registry, gift certificates. I just love going in there - so much fun!!!
