My husband and I ordered a 3 in 1 bassinet/play yard and infant car seat (both Chicco products) from Dimples Baby on January 29th, 2010. My baby is due on March 6th. We thought we were ahead of the game as the products were promised to arrive by the first week in February. Time passed and there was no word from the company and no product. My husband called them several times, and was assured that they were on their way. We called again on February 12th and were then told that the car seat was on back order and would arrive in a week, but that the bassinet/play yard was in stock and would ship separately and reach us first. We were then assured that the car seat would be sent via two day air once it arrived. We are now a week later (February 18th) and neither item has even shipped, let alone arrived! Dimples has issued excuse after excuse, blaming everything on Chicco, and refused to take responsibility for their deplorable business practices and customer service. Still they could not give us any answer on what went wrong and when we would receive our items. Being 38 weeks pregnant and not having anything for your child to 1. sleep in and 2. be transported in was NOT the good position to be in. We had NO choice but to cancel the order and then start all over. We have luckily found a reputable company and have placed another order for the exact same products (both in-stock), which is assured to arrive in 4-5 days. Lets hope the baby stays put until then. Bottom line: Do NOT do business with this company!!! They may have good prices, but you will not likely receive your product and will completely be lied to and given the runaround. The amount of stress just isnt worth saving a few extra dollars!

WARNING!!!!This was the worst online company to order from ever. Nothing but the runaround, and a bunch of lies each time I called. I would advise anyone about to order from Dimples Baby to think twice. Order from someone you can trust even if they are a little more expensive! I ordered a crib that has taken over a month to ship, they have a reason why it had not shipped each time I called, either it was on its way or they had no idea. Plus each time I asked for a tracking number they would put me on hold and then say they would call me back. I would then get a message saying it was shipped but they had no idea what the numbers where. Really, what company does this? I am so frustrated, and after reading all the bad reviews am concerned that I will have to wait another month to get my money back. From the reviews they are notorious for stringing that along also. Please dont buy from here!!!

I ordered a stroller online and was cautious because of the reviews where other peoples items never came. It did take about 10 days to receive my stroller but it came, direct from the manufacturer, with no issue. I did call their customer service about a week after the order, as I had nothing other than the email letting me know that I placed my order, and they were really nice and said there was a backlog from the manufacturer because they were doing new years inventory and it would ship in the next day; sure enough my stroller arrived about 2 days later. We picked a high end, expensive stroller that NEVER goes on sale (been shopping for months) and this retailer had the best price by FAR and while not the fastest, 10 days wait for the best price was well worth it. I would order from them again; I do recommend them.

AWFUL!!! I should have read the other reviews before ordering from here. It has been 3 weeks and I havent received my order. Ive called many times asking and the guys keeps saying he will call me back in 20 minutes and never does. Many times when ive called, it just rings and rings. I am trying to cancel my order now because I dont believe they will ever respond to me, but cant even get ahold of them to even do that. If I dont receive a timely refund as others havent below, I will be contacting my attorney generals office and the BBB, as I suggest the other reviewers to do this as well. It is against the law to keep money from a refund for an extended period of time and in most states that is around 60 days. CONTACT YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE everyone to put a stop to this place STEALING from us.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! After I placed the order, I never received any sort of confirmation or tracking information. I called and spoke with the manager, Louis Franco, who said my order would be shipped in two days. Five weeks later, I had not received the order and could not get any information regarding the order status. Every employee said I would have to speak to Mr. Franco, who was conveniently never available and never returned phone calls. The only way to cancel an order according to the companys website is via phone, and I never could speak to anyone capable of completing the cancellation. I was left with no choice other than to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

No news at all from this people. They havens shipped my order and its been a week since I placed my order. They wont answer on any of both phone numbers, they wont answer mails. Its true that so far there is no charge on my credit card, but Im unable to cancel my order since it has to be done by phone and nobody answers them. Wont work with them again.UPDATE. Finally talked to them and they are out of stock, but never notified me that. So I cancelled my order but didnt notify me either that cancellation. It looks like things work, but quite uncomfortable with them.

I recently ordered a stroller from Dimples Baby and I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I initially made a mistake on the order and when I called to rectify it, they took care of it immediately without any issues. The order went it on a Saturday and by Tuesday it had already arrived. The great thing is that right now, shipping is free and there is no sales tax (they pay the tax for NYC customers) so the price you see online is exactly the amount that you pay. Overall I would highly recommend this store.

My wife was due the first week of February. They called us at the end of January to let us know that they had our car seat ready. When I went to pick it up , the gentleman showed me how to use it and even came out in the cold to install it in my car. I was nervous to install alone and was going to pick up my wife from the hospital. We are now the proud parents of a baby boy! I was so pleases with the service- I recently went back and bought a bugbaboo cameleon and serena and lily bumper set. I highly recommend dimples baby!!!

I cannot believe they are still in business! I bought an $800.00 stroller online, they sent the wrong stroller. We sent it back and they refused to send the correct stroller or give a refund. It took months for us to get our money back and they wanted to refund us in installments. They dodged phone calls, were rude, did not respond to messages.... In 20 years I think I have wrote 2 bad reviews in my entire life. This is two of two. Buyer you have been warned..... Buy your stuff elsewhere.
