The only 2 great things from this store...... the greater who was gracious enough to welcome me and offer me a map of the store, and the manager, who understands customer service recovery. As far as the sales associates that i delt with.....customer service is a joke. the staff needs a sensitivity training course and be mindful of what they say because they never know who is listening, employees passing judgment on one another about thier sexual orientation is none of there concern let alone on the sales floor. The employee who is assisting me then says "you have to wait 15 mins while another associate puts the bike together, I told him absolutely not.....it is a xmas present and I want it in the box. He then argues his case with "well we are waiving the assembly fee" to which I replied "i didnt ask for assembly and I want the bike in its original packing.....it is a xmas present, he then leaves for ten minutes and returns with "oh sir you have the option to leave the bike in the store until closer to xmas...........in my mind Im like "hmmmmmmmm? Only one week before xmas! This is all happening in real time by the way! So I tell him "your obligation would have been to let the consumer decide if they want the item assembled in store or take as is, not assemble it and then tell the consumer after the fact, so he continues arguing and then says " your other option is to wait for the manager" to which I replied "get me your manager". 2 minutes later, Meghan introduces herself and explains what options I have, so ultimately Meghan orders another bike and is having it shipped express so I can have it in time for Xmas. All that extra nonsense could have been avoided if he had taken the time and used logic.

The worst shopping experience in 10 years. The laziest, rudest and most dishonest store employees I have ever seen. I visited this store on 12/31/2013 between 2pm and 3pm. There were very few shoppers in the store. Some toys fell off the shelves and were laying on the floor. Multiple employees just walked by and didnt bother to reorganize. I took 2 $50 Amazon gift cards to purchase. I wanted to make two separate transactions, one for each of the gift cards. The cashier just refused to do it, saying "I dont want to do an extra transaction for you." So I went to the customer service counter to do it. The lady reluctantly agreed. When the POS register showed I can even split transactions by myself, the lady said "thats not functional." Then another male employee came over, saying "Its only for cash transactions." I will never visit this store again unless the company shakes it up.

Must read this. Youll be surprised. I bought the most expansive basanet out of 3 I spent $150. I come home the inside cushion has a red spot who knows if it was blood or sauce. The wireing of the musical mobile torn out. The poles are tied in dirty peiece of cloth, the screws and instruction packer missing and when I called to complain I was told well call you back in 24 hours. I bought the item 9:00 the store was already closing and called first thing in the morning to complain. And on top of all this I was told the baby bottles de brown I bought were not on my rewards and I felt the customer service person was causing me of stealing.

Terrible service, I was stuck at the register for over a half hour just to price match an item. Then I leave home and find out that a bag of items were missing. Cashier left bag I paid for behind the counter and forgot to give it to me. I then contacted the store and we verified my bag was at the store. Meanwhile I live in nyc, supervisor on the phone refused to ship me the item. I was told to wait till tomorrow for another person in management to see what they can do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, dont waste your time going to this location!

Nothing but good experiences here, Im surprised by the other ratings that people can have issues with this Toys R Us. Service is par for the course here, if you want something someone (assuming you find someone) will help you. The place is clean.

I called many times to check for an item so i wouldnt need to drive there but they never pick up the phone... i guess they dont give u that service, other places do... instead i will spend my money somewhere else.

Its small but convenient they do not pick up the phone at all called 6 times but when I got here I asked for help n was helped immediately had fun while I was here with my daughter...
