The only option I have is to leave one star. This store doesnt deserve any. I have spent thousands of dollars in the store within the past year and I am always treated like I am not valued as a customer and my business is not important to them. I actually created my baby registry at this store and ordered a lot of baby furniture and expensive items that never got checked off my list( I was told somehow it didnt go through) so I never received my rewards points for them. They are very expensive compared to other stores, but I had a few gift cards with them and wanted to use them. Their website hardly works. I do a lot of online shopping with them. They have messed up my online orders numerous times and this last time sent me the completely wrong item for Christmas. When I called to let them know they apologized and said they would send the right one and promised it would arrive before Christmas. It arrived a week after Christmas and they never sent the email for the return label for the wrong item they shipped . I had to call again to see if they could resend the shipping label since I was told if I didnt get the first item back to them I would be charged for it. When I called they were very rude and said they dont know what happened but promised to resend another shipping label. I told them I want this item to be picked up since it was a large package taking up too much room, and I was afraid to be charged for the item if I didnt get it back to them in time. She promised the shipping label to arrive within 5-7 business days. Well I never received it again!! I had to get someone to help me put the item into my car and drive it back to the store myself(an item I never ordered) or I would be charged for it! Since I just wanted to be done with the whole thing. I decided to do this. Well. After I returned it to the store myself I then received an email saying my account had been charged because they never received the item. I called again and the lady told me she cannot be responsible for what other people said. And shes sorry but this is just the way it goes. !! It is absolutely unbelievable how a store with such a known name could treat their customers this way! And be so careless to make such mistakes. But that is just it. It is because they dont care. So she said I wont receive my refund for another 5-7 business days and they act like Im being done a favor. This is the item that I never ordered. I had to keep in my house for a month waiting for return labels to be sent to me so I can return it to them, Then I had to load it into my car and bring it back to the store, and I was still charged almost 100.00 for it anyway! Now I have to wait 5-7 business days go recieve back my money, and Im treated like they are doing me a favor. I cant believe they could be so rude and careless. I am sent emails daily to review their store and my experiences with them. Well this is my review. I am never shopping here again..and I will let everyone I know the same thing.

I would like to start with the manager is great. I wish I remembered her name. One of the many days I visited to register, she was so helpful and down to earth. I give her 5 stars. Today I stopped in and had a second bad experience with the same guy. So I need to voice my opinion. First time a couple of months ago I needed information on strollers and such. the "stroller guy" (I guess that is his area as I was told) had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping me. He wouldnt even stop cleaning and face me when he was talking to me. It was so obnoxious and rude. I was then told by someone that its because they had some "important visitors" coming. I dont care. I come first. I am sure the head honchos that visited would agree. Needless to say I looked elsewhere for my stroller purchase. I went back today to look at diaper bags since looking online isnt always good enough. I got a scanner and along with the bag I added a couple of other things.... Well the same guy "assisted" me and added the items on to my registry. I come home and look over what I have and what do I NOT see? Everything I added today. He said I was all set and "confirmed" that it went through.... Mind you I looked past his shortcomings today, because he was (as far as I knew) helping me this time. But this guy NEVER smiles, or makes you feel happy to be there, and he seems to hate doing what he does. Buddy, please look elsewhere to work. Its a happy time for many people coming into that store. We want to be helped by a knowledgeable person with important purchases like safety products and such, with a warm presence, and that is thorough with their job. Thank goodness I have the app to check everything. So aside from, the guy, I think this store is pretty good. Is it the best location Ive been to? No, but all in all I have no other complaints otherwise. I just hope they get people there who are excited about what they do. I dont know if theyre overworked or not, but again, it would be nice to have people who seem to like being there and having us there bringing them business.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE.......Put a stroller on layway as a surprise gift for my sister....payed all but $7....go to pick it up the day of the baby shower....... NO STROLLER, IT HAD BEEN SOLD.....T E R R I B L E SERVICE....

Cant complain about the store. Worker rang up a couple of items first before we gave her the code, and for that reason it didnt get taken off the list. Besides that store was clean, but they really need to fix the outside or move to a new location.

a bit pricey but everyone VERY HELPFUL ALWAYS!! the only reason i gave 4 stars is due to some prices...but sign up for coupons and rewards to take advantage of sale/discount prices. def 5 star customer service :)

Wish I could give it 1/2 a star. Everytime I go there there or call the associates are not nice or helpful. I hate going to this store but It has great baby stuff so I still do.

Annoying staff. The store is too crowded to actually push a cart or stroller around in. Decent prices on baby food.
