Forget Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby. We bought our Bugaboo Cameleon and UppaBaby G Luxe strollers and Nuna Pipa car seat from here because its an absolute pleasure shopping at this store. The staff really know their stuff and are very knowledgeable on all products, which is very important and you wont get that at the big stores simply because the big stores just have way too many products and youll most likely buy something you really dont need. Besides, you always feel rushed when asking a sales associate for advice. BBW carries the top brands and the latest products and you will end up buying something you really want and need and most of the time at a lower price than the big stores (seriously). Im a bargain hunter and although the big stores seems appealing for different reasons, I wouldnt hesitate one bit to advise future and current parents to check out this place. Highly highly recommend!

I found this place online because they were the 1st store in all of NYC to receive a specific stroller my wife was waiting for to be released. I called them to confirm if the stroller was available for pickup purchase that day which they were friendly and knowledgeable on their product inventory. When I got there employees were professional and also gave a hands on tutorial on how this stroller worked before leaving. I browsed through the store and noticed they didnt carry tons of random baby stuff. They actually only have quality baby items from baby furniture down to baby wipes. Also great prices. Worth the trip if youre in NYC, if not you can order online.

I was looking online for a City Mini Double stroller, and found their product announced withe them, I usually trust more to buy through big companies such as amazon even though sometimes there are other re-sellers like BBW , well I can tell you that my experience was great, the speed for shipping was amazing (shipped through UPS) and product was in excellent conditions. I definitely recommend buying from BBW and help Small-Medium business and more important your wallet.

I ordered a stroller from Brooklyn Baby World and received fantastic service. We received a call to confirm our order and set expectations and then received our UPS tracking information shortly thereafter. Additionally, the price was very competitive. i just bought a carriage and an infant car seat in brooklyn baby world. this was my first time here and i was sooo impressed. the staff was so patient in helping us decide between strollers and the prices are amazing!! they also put together the stroller for us and even offered to deliver it! id definetly go back here to purchase more baby products.

Brooklyn Baby World was extremely helpful and has great customer service/prices (Jonathan in particular was very helpful and knows his stuff). My husband and I were in need of a stroller, car seat, and a few other items and they helped us make the best decision for our needs and budget.
