My phone was not working for a while. I came into Verizon approximately a month ago. Joe Villano was very kind and helpful. I actually came to the store three times in one day. He was patient and was informative. He gave me several ideas and suggestions. The problem continues and upon returning, he was able to advise me and get a new phone.. He was in contact with Verizon and streamlined the process in ordering a new phone, Once my phone came in I came in to see him. Joe helped to transfer all the information from one phone to the other. Joe was extremely professional and courteous. I will always come back to him. He was awesome!

Just like every other Verizon reseller - they dont have Verizon accessories. I went in for a simple quick charge cord (the ones with the red tips), which is a very common accessory. All they have is off-brand regular chargers that I could get at Walmart for a fraction of the price. The rep told me that I would have to order it on Amazon because those cords are no longer carried in stores. I drove down to the OFFICIAL Verizon store on Hooper Ave, and got the cord immediately - and they had PLENTY of them! Worth going the extra 1.5 miles and a couple traffic lights for the official store, than for the time wasted here.

THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE!!! and the staff are no better than a con man. They seem like they are helping you and giving you the best deal but then you receive the bill. We were overcharged and tricked into buying accessories we believed to coming with an offer, but that was not the case. The employee is now denying he ever said such things and we are on the hook for the full charge of all the items. Do not go here, you will regret it. If you were allowed to give less than 1 star I absolutely would.

I went into The Verizon store because I was having problems with my wifi at home. Joe Villano took the time to go over my whole account and upgrade my equipment. I would recommend anyone come see him. Its rare to get World Class customer service like I got today.

Not a real Verizon store. The only good review here, from Rich, hes the store manager, also a con artist like the rest of the staff. They use deceptive business practices to upsell and flat out like about what you are paying for. Beware this location.
