Terrible service. The woman working here (jaja or gigi??) knows nothing about cellular devices or any other aspect of her job. Whats worse is she is totally unapologetic in her ignorance. It is VERY worth the extra half an hour to Lakewood to speak to a competent representative that actually cares about their job or the service they are providing.
