Went to the Holmdel location last night to upgrade my wifes old iphone which finally bit the dust. Her son has a medical condition so she HAS TO HAVE A PHONE, so this was practically an emergency trip to AT&T. The staff there (ask for Lauren or Leo!) were extremely patient and helpful. We kept them there after closing because we had to wait for authorization to go through to list me as an authorized user on our account (my father is the account holder) and they were both still so helpful and kind. We mentioned that we wanted to wait til my upgrade time, so I can get a new phone and give our son my old phone. Lauren made us aware that we were eligible for a BOGO on the phones, AND we were eligible for 5 more gigs of data at the exact same price. So now we can add a line, Ill have the new phone, and our son will have a phone thats reliable, so instead of 60 dollars a month for minutes on the hunk of junk he has now, itll be 15 a month to just add him to the plan and hell have a practically new phone! Thats real customer service. Lauren and Leo brought all of these things to our attention, and in the long run its going to SAVE us money. If you call the store, make sure you ask if either of them are working so you can have as pleasant and easy an experience as WE had! Edit: I take everything back, these people can go to hell. Crooked bastards are saying we NEVER got a BOGO phone, and have to pay for the phone we were supposed to get for free.

I wrote this about 4 days ago, and someone had it deleted but i think this is very important and people should know the truth! I promise you that these statements are very accurate. As a former employee, let me first start off with saying that these reviews were written by the staff! If you dont believe me, call up each location and ask what the salesman names are, I guarantee you that you will find their names somewhere below this comment. not only were they written by us, they were asked to be written from our managers at the time. The management team pleaded with us to write these to the point where one day I remember calling my manager to ask about a daily operations question WHICH HE REPLIED "whether or not I wrote the review yet" I also can vouch that the items and accessories in the stores dont have price tags for a reason!!! make sure you ask the staff what the item cost before you bring it up. we were taught to "bundle them in, with the more they brought up to the desk" they are extremely high priced! WORD TO THE WISE......BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE WIRELESS EXPERIENCE.

I am a former employee of company, I used to manage the Middletown location. as well as work in the one. district manager, WES... "the only man in America who still wore a Bluetooth in his ear" is plain and simply put. ANNOYING, his voice curdles milk, and makes a baby want to drive a forklift into an incinerator, never the less the fact that he uses horrible language to his staff, the epitome of an HR complaint centers dream The management are full of themselves and believe they are very important. As I was leaving due to pay cuts, the last month I was there they just hired a gentleman by the name of bob rizzi, some hack job that got hired for an executive position and was demoted almost immediately because hes talentless.

The products are great however one week after paying close to $200 in the store, with no explanation/expectations of additional charges added to my bill, an additional $197 appeared on my bill. The customer associate did Not tell me about additional "one time charges" nor did he tell me he was adding insurance to my plan. I was not asked or informed of these extra charges. The associate made his sale and was not honest about additional charges that appeared on my bill a week later.

I took the time to stop into the store the other day to ask about a couple of my concerns with my bill. Not only did they rectify the problem. They went above and beyond to reach my every need when it came to wireless and tv. They got me into a low affordable plan that lowered my bill substantially per month. Not pushy and very friendly. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Cole (store manager) who patiently explained my options for replacing a malfunctioning phone and helped me make an informed decision. This is the SECOND positive exchange Ive had with the staff at this location and will certainly be patronizing them in the future.

Just called because my cell phone died and I wanted to order a new i-phone but needed a phone in the mean-time. I asked what could be done about this and the associate Mike stated "he didnt know" and "he couldnt help me". Worthless.
