I went up to NYC from Virginia to visit family and decided to buy my mom a new phone for mothers day. Everything went well. She got the phone she thought she wanted and the guy helping us was polite and helpful. 2 days later she changes her mind and wants to exchange for a different less expensive phone. Problem is, im in Virginia along with the credit card used. Called the store and the female I spoke with was very unhelpful due to the credit card issue and she was very short with me even after I explained my situation to her. Im so disappointed with at&t. Now im starting to realize why all my friends are switching to Verizon. Oh, and theres a $35.00 fee for returning a phone.

Customer service is horrible..... I am amazed why they just dont get rid of them.... In Brooklyn they are perfect...... They should visit that store on 18th Ave and take down notes.... I didnt get anything from there... Id rather drive to the one in Brooklyn... BTW I am definitely buying the new iPhone FROM BROOKLYN

The worse corporate store ever. Rude customer service. Treat you like a third rate citizen. Cant believe they put you on a waiting list just to return a charger!!!!!!! If this is how they choose to treat their customers. Verizon will start getting more of AT&T customers!!!!!!
