I just got out of the store and was reminded they only give 90 day warranties on their work. I had my iPhone6 screen repaired last summer and now I am having issues with it. Apple indicates it is a screen problem and wont fix it since they replace the original screen. I should of had Apple do the work as the cost was only $5 more. Live and learn. In your response your opinion is that its physically damage but the screen is not cracked and I had a cover on the phone at all times. The Apple representative says the screen is coming off the phone. Thats what makes America great - the difference of opinions. I will not be recommending your store in the future.

Went in and got an iPhone 6 repaired last week. Home button was broken within 5 days, and on the 7th day none of the external buttons were functional. My phone was bricked, randomly powering off with no way to restore it, then turning back on and resuming all functionality like nothing happened. Im very dissatisfied with the service. I will be going in and seeing about a refund in an hour, but according to other reviews, Im going to have a hard time with that. Will update with more info.

they deserve a zero star, WORST PLACE TO DO ANYTHING with your electronics, took my daughters iPad to get a new screen, these idiots damages the inside of the iPad doesnt even turn on anymore. The screen sticks out on the sides and worst yet they tell you they are not responsible for anything after the works o=is done, why dont they tell you that before they touch your stuff. customer service is just like the work they do, it sucks. gonna report them to the BBB

if I could give 0 stars I would, after a week of fixing my screen in this place the screen was coming off, went back there and they tried to fix it again and were unable after an hour they gave me the excuse that it was because of the battery is inflated and were not gonna b able to fix it and of course no refund. went to the Apple Store they fixed it with no problem phone is perfectly fine now. I dont know why I didnt go to Apple in the first place

Paid so much money for my screen to get fixed and a day later my screen messes up on me again. When return to get it fixed again they charged me an extra 100 dollars for a 1cm scratch. I came in again once I had the money and there is no one to attend me and now theyre giving me an even higher price to get it fixed. Never coming here again awfully expensive bad service and they dont even fix the screen correctly.

Worst place ever, went to change the battery of my phone, they broke the back of the phone, didnt have the same as i did, and i even had to pay 40$ box. WORST PLACE
