El empleado Allan lleva tres semanas con mi iPhone 6s pluss lo lleve ala tienda para q le arreglen el puesto de carga instaló la pieza y nunca mi teléfono volvió a funcionar y ni los gerentes de la tienda ni el empleado quieren responder por mi teléfono son unas personas irresponsables hoy día llamo ala persona y no contestan no lleven sus teléfonos a reparar hay no sirven y por favor páguenme el celular o demen uno nuevo llevo tres semanas ya con esto no se hace sean responsables y den la cara al cliente bonito día

Wouldnt even give them a star, but I had to in order to rate the place. Worst customer service ever. Went to get a phone protector for my Samsung S8. They put on this thick screen protector that wasnt completely attached to the phone, wouldnt stick and fell off after I touched it. The screen protector was so thick and defective that it wouldnt register my fingers trying to text or swipe anything. I had to do it multiple times and apply pressure in order for it to even work. I immediately asked for a refund and was told that they couldnt issue it without the owner present. He was called upstairs and refused my refund because I had already used it. After some arguing, he insisted that it would work if I went to T-Mobile and bought an Otter box phone case, which I did and it still didnt work. Went back to tell him that he lied, to which his response was to use glue on the protector to make it stick. He ONLY gave me back my refund after I threatened to call the cops. Shadiest place ever. Dont waste your time or money there. ZERO STARS!

Had an iPad and an iPad mini fixed about a month ago... The iPad works fine but the mini immediately began opening up apps on its own... I was informed this happens because the cable attaching the screen is loose... Went back to this store(albeit a month later as I dont have time to go and I have another tablet to use) and was to there is nothing they could do because the store changed owners... There are a lot of other screen repair places out there and they all do the same thing... This place has terrible customer service and you should look at another place for repairs..125 bucks down the tubes.. Returned with my broken ipad(I have a 2 year old ... The new owner couldnt fix the mini for free however he gave me a much better price on fixing both... The quality of repair seem much better (screen had a weird grid look on the old repair). Service was also much faster... Both I pads now work as if they were new

Never in my life have I ever felt so robbed. Is it because you guys thought I wouldnt fight back or something? So my iPhone 6 plus screen cracked, and they even claimed they "took the job" because it was easy. They give you two weeks guarantee, now down to 7 days! Doesnt that say something? Quality is atrocious, they gave me a cheap display that flickers like its having a seizure. When I went back, Francis said it was a motherboard problem, which Apple disagreed and said it was a display problem. Do not be fooled guys, its all bull in the end. Dont make my same mistake when I actually trusted them when they said trust us well get the job done. The boss is the nastiest person Ive ever met. What a disgrace to Staten Island, disgusting and I wouldnt recommend my biggest enemy to go through what I went through with this place.

I wish i didnt have to give them a star. My screen cracked so I went to them even after reading these reviews hoping they wouldnt be true and by now they wouldve gotten themselves together. I ended having to go back because my screen would not respond to my touch and they put 3 different screens on my phone and it still didnt work. I went to apple they said it was the screen. Im going back tomorrow and getting a refund. Its only been three days. If my money isnt refunded Im filing a dispute with my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY!!!! Def. dont pay with cash either if you decide to still you with them. Scam artist. i should call the owners of the mall and have them removed for scamming people.

My iPhone screen was completely destroyed, when I first came to the store. I had dropped it on a rainy day, and didnt think twice before I tried to get an upgrade with my carrier. Unfortunately, due to my broken screen, I was told that Id have to pay $179 in order to trade-in my phone. I was told to try the store next-door, and boy was I happy that I did. Not only did I receive a great discount from my referral, but my phone looked like it was brand-new! Even better, I only payed a fraction of the cost that my carrier was going to charge me. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who needs their phone, or anything else, fixed.

The volume switch on my Verizon Galaxy S4 stuck causing the phone to always start in update mode so I couldnt send or receive calls or do anything else except watch the update menu. I called Verizon Tech Support and their solution was to sell me a new phone. I was shocked ;-) I have a Geek Squad protection plan so I checked with them next. Same solution--get a new phone. So I took it to Cellaris in the middle of the afternoon. The phone was fixed by that evening, total cost $25. Thanks Cellaris for saving me several hundred dollars and the aggravation of configuring a new phone.

Will never go back and will advise people to stay away. I had my screen fixed at one of the stands and the very next day the screen became loose and starting popping out. So immediately i went back and had to argue with the owner(some russian guy) because he claims he didnt remember me after we had a long talk that day; if it wasnt for his young employees i would of been screwed. He wound up fixing the bulging screen and i come to find the next day that my camera isnt working and the screen is still popping out. I am scared to even let them touch my phone again

This is probably the worst transaction Ive ever made in my life. I brought an iPad and an iPhone - they had "repaired" the iPad screen less than two weeks ago and it cracked during use. When I relayed this information, the best they could do was give me a discount on a new repair. After I declined, the manager started yelling making a scene in the mall and told me not to come back. I went to another place in the area and they said most of their customers are previous customers of Cellairis. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING - READ THE REVIEWS!

These people suck !! The owner with the glasses white hair ! Is one of the most disrespectful grumpy old guy you can ever meet .. brought my iPhone 6 /d my screen pop open the same day ! Went back and I demanded to fix ny screen .. he embarrassed me infront of so many people ! Hes a cheat ! Hes a liar ! And hes only cares about money .. he slaves all his workers
