I HAD 4 LINES WITH T-MOBILE... thanks to this particular office and the "HELP" that i received over the phone. 1- the worker didnt wanna call customer service from their land line. Dont kno his name. Looks mexican ((no offense)) 2- there was no manager available. 3- Customer service gave me 3 different prices. 4- $365 $380 $400 as a Down payment for 1 new line under my mothers name. 5- When i metion that i have 4 lines, they where looking 4 excuses. 6- After 1 whole hr on the phone, I said. Enough is enough. GOOD BYE TMOBILE. . after 2 years buying iphones n galaxys from u guys. Thanks to this store & the great Customer service. It blew me away. GREAT JOB.

Worst T-Mobile to go to they are rude also when I called to ask when they open someone answered "goggle it " another time I was there to but a SIM card but forgot the last four number so I told them Im going to find out the number from my boyfriend who was waiting outside and when I came back in no more then 3 minutes later the guy took someone who was behind me and told me to wait When I just went out to get my phone number I wait 5 minutes then decided to leave it was ridiculous how much time was spent doing nothing !!!! Will never step foot T-Mobile store ever again they all are unhelpful and rude train your staff

Not what it use to be ! I use to go to this location and deal with Fernando the manager. He provided honest and excellent customer service. After he left things seemed to fall apart. The associates have a difficult time doing simple task . They struggled transferring information from phones , putting new sim cards , and they misinform customers on the offers and deals. Misleading customers to benefit their pay. Overall I would not recommend this place .I would suggest the store located in Belleville NJ on Washington Ave .

Nevertheless a fast paced environment, these individuals are well knowledgeable and professional with results. If there is a crowd they get moving about handling issues, concerns and as I have experienced a harmonious end result. The store is clean and my experiences have been with satisfactory outcomes. I would recommend this location compared to other T- Mobile stores.

Really bad customers service, they treat you like you a retard when you ask questions, coupled black girls there have an attitude in a half, they talk to you in a mean tone of voice, store sucks, I guess they forgot they have a job thanks to us the customers.

Walked in there to look for phones and the guy looked at me like I was retarded.. Never came by to help me look for a phone or anything... Horrible customer service.. If you can go to the one on main St in East Orange.. Theyre alot better

The manager Diana Ramos is unhelpful and very rude who is disrespectful. Stay away from this store. Very bad tmobile store experience. Never had any problems before visiting T-Mobile store. Avoid this store in any cost and save ur day.
