impeccable service.spanish rep was very helpful and understanding and explained everything that needed to be explained.. few people were waiting but line was moving fairly fast. waiting for service does require a little patience but with comfortable seating and tvs to entertain yourself with and all the products on display made my waiting period quite enjoyable. kudos to verizon and a wonderful staff. happy holidays!!!

Been with Verizon with this Branch for over ten years. I have always deal with the manager Nick, if he is not available he will make sure his staff knows and I always get the same excellent service. Staffs is pleasant to speak with, very please with their service!

Its a saturday there are two reps behind the counter and over a dozen customers on line and only rep helping people. I have been here over fourty minutes and there are still five people ahead of my. Stay tuned...
