I had an awful experience in the AT&T store the other day. I bought a pair of wireless head phones and they stop working in less than one week. I went to return them to the store and they refused to take them back, Although they were week old and I had the receipt. I am so disappointed with AT&T. This is ridiculous. Ive been a customer for decades and have paid them tens of thousands of dollars and this is how they repay customer loyalty. I am truly considering changing carriers because of this horrible experience. Not to take back a defective item less than week of purchase through no fault of my own, is outrageous. Do not go to the AT& T store on Forest avenue, in Stop and Shop center, Staten Island, NY. The customer service is horrible and they wont accommodate you. The manager was especially rude and not helpful at all. AT&T if they are not not part of corporate stores be careful who you franchise with. This store also known as Arjay wireless is Ruining your reputation and I am telling everyone I know.

I would give 0 stars if possible, i came here on two separate occasions -Initially to see if i was eligible for an upgrade and the second time to activate my new phones sim card, the first time the only female employee was mid conversation on her phone which to her annoyance I must have interrupted by entering the store and asking for assistance. She told me i was not eligible for an upgrade however i later found out when i visited the AT&T @ the target plaza i was eligible for a promotion. The second time days later i needed to activate my SIM card and a male employee told me the internet was down and to come back in an hour and tried to sell me a new sim card...a completely mismanaged shop of hacks.

I have the most amazing and fun times at this store always..BUT today with Tshyrad and his manager Aaron I got to experience supreme customer service. They made me feel valued as a long time att customer, took their times and suggested various accessories to go along with my new iPhone 7 plus. Their demeanor and aura was inviting and comfortable made me feel like I could trust them. They were laid back enough that I felt like family but still kept their professionalism and knowdledge of products present. If I could give a precentage they would get 110%. These guys really made my time there feel like time well spent.

My experience in this store was excellent. All the employees at this location were very welcoming and they were able to answer every question I had for them. The time I had spent in this store was worth it, I got a phone that fits my needs, they gave me a great deals. And the employees not only were they professional but also funny and helpful.
