To check my credit score they asked me my social security number. I typed it and there was password char in the text box. So it is good. And then asked me to type my ssn again to random text box. But this time there wasnt password char. I shouldnt have but I trusted them. And some how he asked me my ssn to type in another textbox again. It was not official form or something like that. He literally wanted me to type it in chatbox like wattsup. Something was wrong and I got annoyed from this. And he said "You are not buying a house. This is just a phone". I said my ssn is not important maybe for you. But this is extremelly important for me. And I wanted to leave. But he started speaking to me with using bad language only because I said this should not be like this I don not want to buy. Manager was there he said nothing for this situation and defended him. Guys I am also Sale Rep. I know how this process work. But this is wrong and something is going on there.
