The store is under construction but still open for business. I bought a new unit on line and went in to have it activated and contacts transferred over. The service rep was leaning on the counter with her elbows and didnt stand up the entire time. I put the phone on the counter top and instead of reaching out to get it, she stuck out her hand for me to give it to her. She did something on the computer and shoved the phone back over to me and said "Its off". Uuuummm, ooookkkkk??!! So I asked, Is it restarting or do I have to turn it back in? She said, "The number is activated, youll have to turn it back on but its all done". Because of many disappointments and headaches with wireless carriers, I stayed there until the phone powered back up and made sure it would make a phone call. When I asked if she could transfer my contacts over she said "No, because we dont have any electricity but you can go to the Palisades Mall for that". No electricity? The lights were on, the cash registers were operating and they had multiple phone chargers plugged in. She couldnt have been less interested in helping me, didnt offer to show me how to set up email accounts, get apps, etc., didnt even try to sell me any cases, car chargers, ear buds. Next time Ill take the extra drive to a Westchester or NJ store.

Usually when I go their its a good experience but this time there was a sales associate who saw me walk in while he was talking to his manager and they both saw me waiting and the store was fairly empty. Both of them were apprehensive in approaching me and the interaction was like I was bothering the associate once he was FINISHED talking to his manager so i basically waited almost ten minutes in a empty store. I feel the interaction was this way because i was in gym clothes, because i usually go their in business attire and the experience is fine. i recommend going to the palisades T-mobile or doing business online. They are very Unprofessional.

Wrong place to bring your business. Opened a business line, confirmed with representative twice about hard pull on my history. Was ensured that it is not going to happen as long as I am paying full price for devices and this is not a long term agreement, has to be very simple. Guess what? Next morning came an email with an hard pull notification. Totaly unprofessional. Now have to spend endless time on the phone to dispute it.

I had to visit T-Mobile about 3 times in the past few week and i have to say they have great Customer service. they really work with you and try to help you find solutions to your problems. I personally like to work with William who is very friendly and truly care about the people that come in (even when sometimes people drive him crazy) lol.

Friendly staff!. Gr8 plans! Phones. But before you sign up make sure theres good coverage on Youre street. My neighborhood has good coverage. BUT my street is like a desert!. Even on their coverage map it shows 4g... But ur street might be dead zone. By the end they gave me for free a Personal service booster... Little bit batter.

Nice people working there. Got some good wireless plans, very "affordable". With all the hype surrounding them, it seems that theyre changing things in the wireless industry. How those changes stick around remains to be seen. If you want a good alternative to Verizon or at&t, this might be change you need in wireless.

T-Mob people are more knowledgeable and friendly than at any of the other three big cell service vendors. Ive found this true across stores in several states. Plus theyre the best buy for service thats everywhere Ive needed it.
