Theres no need to go to another store besides the one at 647 MT. PROSPECT AVE NEWARK, NJ.07104. Here at this location is where you get treated like family not like any other customer shopping for a cell phone. The staff is very professional, very helpful &also warm ,& understanding, very adamant that they are not only to sell you a phone but to get you started with the phone that is right for you. I can truly say that it is not about the money, but all about the smile on your face as you walk out the door. You are not a customer to them, what you are is family. Thats the way all the cell phone dealers should make you feel,like family and not just a customer. Remember 647 MT.PROSPECT AVE IN NEWARK, NJ. WHERE when you come in you might think youre a customer, but when you leave there is no doubt that you are family!!!!!!

They scammed my mother. They took advantage of her age and not knowing much of phones. She bought a 200 dollar phone and was not pleased with it so she asked the employees what other phones were available for the same price. They gave her a 85 dollar and LIED to her and said it was of the same value and theyd be happy just t swap with her. Once I figured out they SCAMMED her I told her to immediately call. They did nothing to help and did not want to give us the owners phone number. This is very unethical. I gave boost mobile a complaint already. These people should not run a business.

I came to pay a phone bill I was recommended to change my plan to a cheaper one with unlimited gigs and of course I did. I was notified I was eligible for an upgrade!!!! After seeing the different phones I chose to go with the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx it has been a few days since I purchased the phone and let me tell you I loveeeee this phone! Not only did I come out with a cheaper plan, an upgrade, but also a mail in rebate that the girl there helped me fill it out and everything. Best Boost mobile ever!!

There are these two employees there that love to gossip and do not attend the customers. I was trying to buy my phone there and I had to wait for her to finish her conversation. I wont go into detail about what was said but it was very disturbing. You could tell they did not want to help and it was very upsetting. Horrible experience...

Great costumer service! The plan is perfect $50 a month and you get everything UNLIMITED you cant beat that! I left metro and i am super happy with my new carrier BOOSTMOBILE! Also the girls in this store were so helpful! I went in to ask a question and walked out with a phone new service and was givin a free case! thank you

Worst experience ever!! The lady with light color eyes was very rude and was always on her phone using foul languages. She didnt want to help me out and referred me to the next cashier. At least she was very nice and helped me.
