Stay away from this store as far as you can. The manager / employee calls himself Kevin. He is an Indian guy and you have not met a bigger layer than him. We bought our I- phones 5c in Walmart nearby for $45 a phone and stopped by this place to ask some questions. He told as a bunch of lies and we returned our phones to the Walmart. We came back to his place and he sold us 3 I-phone 5c. To show that he appreciates our business he said that he will give us $50 off each of the phones to match Walmarts price. Also, he gave us a Car Phone charger that did not works and a Hot Spot device that was suppose to be free. He told us that we will get $50 rebate for this devise. He told us that there will be no charge for transferring the contacts to the new phones - he did charge us $90 - $30 a phone. A week later when we got our bill, it showed we have to pay $20 for the devise (we did not ask for it and we dont need it), no $50 rebate is offered and we have to pay a monthly charge of $20. We are not getting back the $200 back and we have to pay a lot more in monthly charges then wed pay if wed buy it anywhere else. Its a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Its in Monroe NY, 290 Larkin Dr.

This is the store to go to! Ive been to several and wont bother with any other store. The manager, Kevin Rogers is all about customer service as well as Carlos Yambay who is an excellent salesperson! They are a pleasure to deal with and have helped me on many occasions including tonight. This store is about an hours drive for my husband and me. We have a store right around the corner from us but we come here because of the excellent customer service we receive from Kevin and Carlos. Kevin, Carlos, thank you very much for all the help you have provided me and for the future help I know I will need.

They told me I could try a Sanyo tablet and return if unhappy. I returned it. it was the very clear they didnt want it back, but i forced them to take it back.They then charged a 15% restocking fee which was undisclosed beforehand. AVOID THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL VERIZON STORE. I REPEAT... N O T AN OFFICIAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE. THIS IS TWO BIT NO GOOD franchisee who is disingenuous to say the least.

I went into this store a few weeks ago and had the best customer service . I walked in and was greeted by a gentlemen named Patrick . He was able to help me decide on the phone that i wanted, and helped me by getting the right accessories that suited my everyday needs . I 100% recommend anyone to go to this store and get the help you need from their knowledgeable staff .

Terrible, terrible store. They promised me one price before signing the 2-yr. contract, and then the bill showed up with a much higher monthly cost. When I brought this to their attention, their response was basically, "theres nothing we can do--too bad." Stay far away from Wireless Icon--there are plenty of other Verizon retailers out there who wont rip you off.

I stopped by last month and had no idea what i was looking for, the supervisor Carlos was there. He helped me and my husband and was not pushy in any way. All he did was give us the facts with a huge smile on his face and answered all our questions and we walked out with our new Galaxy S5s. We recommend this location to everyone!!!

The service was great, we added three lines with edge, got new phones. The manager told us we need to pay activation fees which were actually a "set up fees" charged by the store so after a great shopping experience I feel like I was robbed so WATCH OUT FOR THE $40 SET UP FEE for putting a screen on the phone :(

Horrible business to deal with, not professional at all I returned a phone which wasnt working properly and was dropping calls all the time, so they charged me a restocking fee and didnt wanna hear anything I had to say. People do your self a favour and stay away from this guy.

I have going here for years, they have been nothing but courteous and helpful. My wife and I just bought phones from Mohammed last week. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure sales or trying to sway you towards a more expensive device.
