I dont normally post reviews for places, and I am always weary of online reviews as it is because of the amount of fake and paid reviews out there, but this team has always been of great help to me, no matter who I talk to. As such, I feel they deserve recognition for it. In my own personal experience, they are honest, clear spoken, and go out of the way to give you a great deal. They make their fair profit on peoples repeat business rather than other authorized retailers, who rely on shady tactics and people taking a bath in overpricing. They will work with you on your plan, your phone, with available discounts, and go out of their way to price match competitors to earn not only your business, but your trust as well. For example, they will sell you a phone and take the time to show you how to take advantage of it. I consider myself techie, but they show me things that even I have missed. They show you how to make it screaming fast, how to back it up, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to keep within a budgeted plan. To me, they are a trusted partner in being a Verizon customer and I feel I can count on them when the need for a plan change or new phone accessory or phone purchase arises. For me, they are what I want to see in an authorized retailer, and have earned a 5-star rating from me.

These People are CROOKS, pay close attention to the phone screen covers, they say on the package # of screen covers are 3 but really its only 2. Oh and they want $15 for those. My Wife bought 2 packs of them Prior to realizing what I described above. When she got them home there was 2 different types in the package and there was No cleaning rag in one of the packs. went back to the store the manager says give them the two packs for the price of one, so We say okay that works get back home opened the second package and one of the covers was so bent up it could not be used.. Not to mention everyone else that was in the store was having Major issues with Phones they had Purchased from these Guys. Do yourself a Favor go to a real Verizon Store to avoid the Bull$h!t!!!

The worst Verizon store I have ever been to. They told me they could not fix my issue and I had to go back to the Verizon store that caused the issue. I called Verizon support shortly after and they told me that they should have done anything they could to fix my phone. The man who helped me out was rude and didnt have a care about the customers. I was in the store for roughly 15 minutes before any employee even acknowledged I was there. I would rather go without a phone then have to deal with this store again. The manager should be ashamed of the employees that he has out on the floor.

So upsetting to see that you havent had a good experience. I absolutely love this store! I would never ever go to a "real" Verizon store again those people are rude. what you all need to remember is sometimes people do have a bad day, just like you. I find it hard to believe that it took someone 15 minutes to say hello when as soon as you walk through the door some always says hello. any issue I have ever had I go there or call them and they are more then willing to help fix the problem. I love the store and the staff in it. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Ive gotten my last 5 phones from this store. They are much better than the corporate Verizon stores because they care about their customers. Its personal to them. They remember me by name and have gone out of their way numerous times to help me. I will continue to bring my business to them.
