I would give them a damn zero if I could. Worse.damn store ever. Slow is not even the word. Every time u step in this store be prepared to stand for 1,2 3 hours. The reps also lie to make sales and make promises they know are not going to be kept. I will be lodging a complaint with their corporate office because one thing I dont deal with is people lying to me just to get my money.

Great employees who care about providing great customer service over personal gain .Most T-Mobile stores Ive been to only want a sale and dont really care about the customer . Chris and Juan are great!They go into detail and take time for each customer. That being said it is kind of packed here , but the wait is worth it ! A++ service

i need it help with my iphone, the employee by the name of Raul helped me backing up my photos and pictures, we been comming to see him for years he is very kind and knows what he is doing. also and walk us step by step on how to do it our selves for the near future. Poor experience, rep that was helping kept asking co-worker on how to do his job. Didnt know about promotions , said he submitted my promos for me but that was a lie. Had to go to t mobile website enter my promos to be eligible. Dont come to this store unless you have to.

The sales reps need to brush up on CUSTOMER service, theres always a long line with only two people working and a computer down, I try to avoid going here at all costs but its the only one in town.
