The other locations may be okay to use, but stay away from the one at Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold NJ! We were sold a replacement Iphone screen -- and a $20 glass screen protector that was supposed to prevent damage. Three weeks later, from the phone just being in a bag and not dropped or anything, the new screen is cracked and the protector did nothing to protect it. Back at the store they refused to fix the screen or refund the money for the useless "protecter". I think the replacement screen may have been pre-stressed or of an inferior quality. And the protector is just a complete waste of money. From our conversation back at the store, there is absolutely no way that you can make a claim on the 30 day warranty -- you would have to somehow prove that you didnt damage the phone which is impossible to do. And just a blank stare when we asked for a refund on the protector which was sold to prevent damage -- and it was a hard sell three weeks prior. . The other screen repair shop in the mall said they get a lot of ex Cell Doc customers -- and that in this situation they would fix the screen under warranty. . Update: I checked with the BBB and some other locations have received an F rating. Should have checked first. . Clarification: I contacted corporate headquarters before writing this review and asked for a call-back and never received one.

So I dropped my iPhone 6 that I just got this week today, and I was CRYING MY EYES OUT because when I dropped it from a foot higher than the floor it split in half! So I went to this place and I picked out a case that looked like an otter box and I went up to pay for it and I told him the story and he took my phone and put it back together and screwed it in tightly for no charge at all! He also looked at my home button (which he noticed was unresponsive) and said it would be $50! I am going back sometime soon to fix my home button and my brother is going there to fix his broken iPad

Stay Away!!!! Had my Iphone 6 screen replaced on 11/20 ... was sold a screen protector that was too small for the phone. After 6 days, I noticed a small crack in the bottom left corner of the screen ... and went back to the store to have the screen repaired under their "30 day guarantee." I was told they would not honor their guarantee ... as this must have been caused by physical abuse. There was absolutely no physical abuse ... the screen that they used had to be either defective, of terrible quality, or both. Stay away from this store at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

the name of the shop must be a joke and should be replaced to "stay away"! They are so far to fix your phone! I came to fix my screen in iphone6. screen started to come off a bit. The person who "fixed" my phone used too much glue and my phone had lights on its on the left and right side of the device. Instead of fixing what he screwed up he wanted me to pay for a new screen. Moreover on the next day the screen on my phone become totally dark - I couldnt even pick up the phone. My phone became useless!

Very disappointed with the work they did. $300 and and 24 hours after, the screen stopped working and screen "protector" came completely off of the phone. When I brought the phone back to them, they claimed they had done the job properly and there was nothing they could do for. I took the phone to Verizon. In just one glance, the rep coups attest to the shottiness of their work. Too bad I cant add a pic to this review. Youre probably better off going to one of the kiosks in the middle of the mall.

I arrived at the store JUST as the gates opened. Explained my issue, said it was an emergency AND that I was in kind of a rush. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and explained that the fix would be about 30 minutes. It was done in 15 minutes and I was on my way! VERY professional, and he gave me a generous price on the service as well. I would recommend Cell-Doc to anyone having issues with their Smart Phone!

Absolute junk products. Purchased 2 cases wth Key Rings on it and they broke within a week. Young immature clerk refused to acknowledge the problem and referred to Best Buys store policies regarding returns. Clearly I purchased the product from them not Best Buy so it had no bearing on the situation. They have a No Exchange No refund policy written in marker on a piece of paper (so unprofessional).
