Actually, I have had great experiences here on numerous occassions. Obviously the 3 other comments are based on poor experiences of customers that probably came into the store upset. The short little lady one described actually fixed an issue 3 other Verizon stores couldnt fix for me. Look, everyone has a right to post their own experience. Mine was FANTASTIC because they resolved problems I had with a delayed rebate and a cracked protective cover replacing it for FREE with an even better brand. Highly Recommend this Store

We worked with Mike W. Let me just say that he made me want to go back there for all of my Phone needs. He was very attentive, staying after his scheduled shift to assist my wife and I with our upgrade. He was able to get the process started with my wife while I was on my way to the store. If you have a chance, go see Mike you will not be disappointed. By far the best customer experience at any of the locations I have worked with.

Ryan was my salesman today, I came in for a milItaly discount and Im beyond pleases with how well I was treated. This young gentleman was very professional, he should be making at least $25.00 an hour or more! Because of him instead of closing my account I was quite pleased to inlarge ithe and remain a Verizon customer. Everytime I come to this location I receive awesome service. My most recent visit I was taken care of by Theo who was very informative, down to earth, and super patient. Not only did he inform me about a cheaper way I could upgrade my phone, he also took his time to explain the pros and cons of both phones I was deciding between, since I had a hard time making a decision on my own lol.

May 11, 2017, My wife and I purchased an I Phone 7 and a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from Michael Diaz in the New Windsor store. Michael was very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store, took the time to ask the two of us what we needed in a cellular phone and plan. A somewhat lengthy transaction but a thorough and professional experience.

I had a great experience last month when my iphone died and I needed a new phone asap and was met by a great rep at the store. Cindy was knowledgeable and efficient. She was a pleasure to work with and a definite asset to that store. Her bubbly personality made me feel comfortable and she is definitely a factor in me being a returning customer.

Ive been there a few times & everytime I enter the door iam warmly welcomed by Cindy the manager . She always trys to get to me at tablets to my plan and what not but other than that she is an awesome with saving me money & a great sales representative . !
