I came here because they were one of a few local stores who seemed to have the phone I was looking for in stock. That was the only good thing about this store. Otherwise, it is dreadfully mismanaged. When you walk in, even during non-peak hours, customers are sitting around looking painfully bored. Good luck getting someone to help you when you walk in - but while youre waiting, theyll approach you and try to sell you Verizon FiOS. After over one hour of waiting, I found out that they couldnt help me anyway. I wanted to upgrade my plan, which the main customer service number told me I could do... but they told me I could not. The store is mismanaged, the amount of customers waiting around was increasing during off-peak times as service counters were closing down, the store is severely understaffed, and most of the staff who were there (not many) seemed unmotivated, uninterested, and lazy. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

I needed to purchase a new clip for my phone recently as my previous one had broken. I went to this location since it was closest to my house. I waited for nearly an hour for one of the salespersons to acknowledge my existence and I asked if they had a clip for this particular model. The salesperson was so stuck up and said my phone sucked and that why waste money on a clip when i could buy another phone. I kindly told here i was happy with my current phone and explained i just needed the clip. She then gave me an attitude and said they dont make it so if your not gonna get a new phone please leave. I asked for her to check if any other stores still stocked them and se said know without the slightest check on the computer. If it wasnt for an nice independent wireless zone verizon store than id still be clipless.

It honestly depends on the customer rep you get. I got lucky and my rep went above and beyond to help me. Didnt push any accessories on me and I left without needing any other questions answered. My wife on the other hand didnt get the same experience but she said its still way better than how she was treated in the fishkill store. So I would recommend this store!

Wasted virtually an entire day trying to get a problem resolved. Had nothing but doubletalk and outright misinformation thrown at me. Problem never even resolved. All done with a smile, however (while the knife was being driven deeper). If any other carrier had service where I live, Id be gone in a heartbeat. Rick E.

Fantastic customer service at this location. I had been a long-time ATT customer and switched to Verizon because of terrible customer service from ATT. John, the sales associate who assisted me, made the transition easy because he was obviously well-trained and courteous. Thank you.
