Never using this location again. Multiple issues had here. Had phones go missing, fraudulent account activity, with services, fraudulent phone ordering, tampered with account control resetting adress and phone number of my account without absolutely any notice of such or a confirmations call to the account holders known cell number carried under their service. Cracked screen on iPhone 6s told me phone is not good need a new one. Apple replaced the screen for free as they accidentally erased my phone during the process. Traded in a another phone under warranty and the insurance I paid for, due to it not charging with that cheap charger on the s5 cause it burnt out and had to pay the manufacturer defected phone off to get an new one and still made me turn it in. No w I go to get another phone as my screen cracked last night. I walk in, one person in front of me and Im looking at phones, after more people walk in and are helped I am then approached and asked what I wanted, brought out not what I wanted. it was the only one apparently. More phones displayed then in stock. tombile in freehold mall are much more helpful and way more in stock choices.

Nora saves the day.... been a Tmobile customer for over a dozen years... misinformation from national tech support and a previous visit to this store, and horrendous customer service from the national loyalty dept actually had me considering a provider switch. Knowledgeable Nora diagnosed the errors in information and resolved the technical issue quickly and properly. Excellent job.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! The selection is great and they explain plans and phones honestly and with detail so you dont leave feeling like you got swindled.. lol.. Its my favorite T-Mobile location!

Switched from sprint promised to pay them the early term fees!! Was denied now i owe sprint $1550 for 4 lines and with tmobile but not for long it is a big scam!!!!!!! DO NOT SWITCH ITS A FRAUD

Lazy ass people work there...I called to check phone stock ability....she answered yes without looking. When I come I revived the answer Im sorry we dont have it. Stay away from this location.

Service is straight garbage. Dont bother unless all you use is for al phone calls here and there. If you use mobile data, go with att o cricket wireless.
