I went in to the Verizon store yesterday to get a new phone as I had an upgrade. The store representative made it clear with the promotion I would be decreasing my bill by 10 dollars per month. I flat out asked if I would be paying a monthly bill for my new phone + the price for the line each month. He said no. Turns out, I actually increased my bill by $30/month (price per line + price to lease the phone). Not only did they mislead me, they lied. They tried to throw all of these deals and promotions in my face and tried to explain why I am actually saving money, when the exact opposite is true. I even confirmed this on my phone bill. That is, after of all this, my phone bill is going up 28 dollars when I was assured the total bill would be lowered. I called and they said the exact same thing as before. Now, the guy that helped me the first time was nice and the person on the phone today was amicable, but it really doesnt matter. In fact, the guy on the phone today did not really seem to care about my complaint and did not seem willing to help. Suffice it to say, I probably wont be using Verizon after my contract expires. We have a large family and an expensive phone bill, so we will go to one of the less expensive, more honest, and, hopefully, nicer competitors. Im sure that this is not everyones experience, but please make sure to ask VERY CLEARLY what you will be paying for in terms of your total phone bill. I certainly got duped.

This is the 3rd and last time I have gone into this VW store!! I went in couple days ago to ask for assistance with my new Note 7 I had recently purchased. I was having a hard time transferring all info on my old phone to the new phone - I had backed up everything to the cloud. The manager, who I had deal with before, asked if I had purchased the phone at that store - I said no I purchased it online. We said that they had to charge me $40.00 to be able to help me. I walked out and told him I would figure it out myself. Within a day a had it figures out!! I just spent over $800 on this new phone an this "premier" VW store could not assist me even when I had everything backed up on the cloud. Lousy customer service and foresight for future business... NEVER again will I go to this store for ANYTHING...

I purchased the new Iphone 6 as a gift for my mother. I had immediate help and was also assured that I could come in later to set up the phone and transfer items such as pictures and contacts. I came back with my mother to help set this up for her and after waiting an hour and a half was told to go home and do it myself. I could not be any more disgusted and disappointed with the follow through with Verizon. When I asked the technician if he can explain how to upload multiple phones onto itunes without mixing and combining the information already saved. He did not provide any useful answer and did not know. I will never be going back into this store to purchase anything or go to get assistance since they cant answer your questions and certainly not in a timely manner.

We chose this store because we had problems with the last place we visited (the pushy salesperson talked us into something we didnt need), and this store was different for the opposite reason. The salesperson did not seem like she wanted to do her job, then told us that if we transferred the data from the old phone to the new one at home, it "would take 15 minutes." No, it took a couple hours. We could have left it with them, went to get dinner, and come back, but the salesperson just wanted to get rid of us.

Wish I could leave zero stars. The worst. DonnaLynn, the manager, was useless. She was capable only of repeating herself over and over again, as she stated they would not honor a nationally advertised promotion. Verizon network may be good, but the customer service is a pathetic joke. Guess I wont be leaving T-Mobile just yet. Their customer service is as good as Verizons is awful.

While they have a great selection, the service has been very lacking the last few times Ive been there. As much as I like geeking out with phones, I dont want to wait 30 minutes to get basic help. The Verizon Store by Wal-Mart on 537 is MUCH better: better customer service, painless shopping, knowledgable support staff, and the exact same selection as this store.

Like many others, I found the service at this store to be very poor. I went in to look at phones and accidentally asked the FIOS guy a phone question. I was quickly told that is not what he does and was pointed elsewhere. After not being able to get the attention of anybody, I walked out.

The only reason you should ever walk into this store is because you wish to have lousy customer service. This is a great place to always walk out wondering why you use this company. I have been a customer since 2008 and it has always been one thing after another...
