This was the worst customer service I have received by far. BEFORE coming here I read mixed reviews with some really good ones and some terrible ones. Now after what I experienced I feel like it was a prejudice situation. Since coming into the store no one said a thing to us unless I stood there basically begging for someone to even acknowledge me. THEN finally he decides to respond to me and honestly the guy was so high his eyes were super red and he was so slow at responding even the simplest of questions. Everything I asked him was new information to him and he didnt even try to get help he just ended up telling me stupid, idiotic things he came up with. Then they ended up wasting my time, on mothers day & on a Sunday we planned to go there to get my mom her new phone as a gift. This guy told me to call sprint to cancel and after being on hold the sprint guy tells me he needed to speak to the tmobile representative and this other tmobile rep steps in and is amazingly rude about it. So unprofessional and soo much attitude when I was just talking to him normally. That attitude was uncalled for. He was basically explaining to me how he didnt want to help us, nevermind do his job. I needed a book of instructions to do all of the steps he was telling me to do. So if I can do it all by myself why should do you have a job or make comission on sales? After arguing with him over how he didnt want to do his job or help us in any way, I finally asked him if he even wants to make a sale and help me? He did not. Then he told me to go to another store then. I was so upset at how they treated me I had to calm down and come back to get their business card so I can write to corporate. Seeing how I am already a customer and bringing my mom to open another two lines along with 2 new phones, I am amazed at how unprofessional these people were. Everyone in there except the girl were rude and unprofessional. She was the only one to hand me their business card. Since I moved to new jersey from new york this is the closest tmobile to me and maybe I should just switch to a company that values their customers that are so loyal and satisfied that they choose them to bring their mothers on mothers day to do business with them.

The service was terrible Whitney tf so called manager was no help my iPhone 6 was stolen along with my IDs even though I was customer for 2 years they did nothing. Even though the rep on phone approved. I went right to metro PCs got a cell no problem for $50. Sage to say Im leaving T-Mobile thanks a lot. And I will be calli g corporate. Epitome of laziness smh Switch to metro get free galaxy yep

The employees are great and make the experience personal. Whatever the problem it is that you are having they will make sure you leave with some type of solution. Like this store way better than Orange! The manager Whitney is so kind!! Thanks for the help guys!! You rock !
