I cannot attest to the customer service quality of other representatives at this location, I only had contact with one person. With that said, this review is specific to my experience with Franklin. Franklin was incredibly rude, not at all helpful, and extremely distracted. After I told him about my issue with the Sprint website, he told me "it was my fault and to use a different browser". Once he encountered the same issue I had, he shrugged and said, "well I dont know". I then asked him about the process to change ownership immediately and he replied, "it takes 3-5 business days, thats the rule, you should have attempted this process earlier" and went back to using his computer. I asked for a manager and he replied, "Im it, this is what you get". When I asked for his name, he mumbled something that sounded like Franco. I repeated "Franco?" to which he raised his voice and said, "Franklin, dont mess up my name mami". He scribbled it down on a card, slide it across the kiosk glass, and asked another customer if they needed assistance. As a result of this experience I transferred to AT&T, who provided prompt and courteous service.

Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, a bunch of idiots from the manager to the sales reps. When I was there just to ask to look at my information for an upgrade, they did not know how to ask even my name, even without looking at me. Very rude way of talking and doing business there. Sprint has to take a look at them

I went to the sprint store to get a upgrade instead the man yelled at me repeatedly and asked if, "I had to call my husband for ever decision I make". I called my husband once to ask him if he would come around to the gap exit to pick me up. Either way I dont believe its any of his business.
