Went to the store for a prepaid phone and was exactly what i expected. They provide you with a iphone with unlimited prepaid monthly plan. I couldnt get it connected that same day due to the carriers fault and it was Saturday. The guy jimmy tried to get me another carrier on Sunday but since i already committed to another carrier i had to wait till Monday. Monday morning it was resolved and connected. His 24/7 sms text messaging is effective as he replies back and tries to help u out as much as he can. I suggest this service if you need a quick phone for the meanwhile or u need a carrier if you pay too much for your contract...

After a week of my phone not turning on and dreading that I would have to buy a new phone, I started considering my options. I did not have the money for a new phone so did not even go to the Apple Store. I went to the Verizon store on Rte 3 in Clifton and they were sweet but could not get my phone to turn on. The options they provided were all a couple hundred dollars. They recommended trying a phone repair store. Faraj was not sure they could help because the phone was bent on the top. Because I would be no better off if it did not work, I said yes to replacing the battery. $32.09 later I was a very happy customer!!!

They do not warrantee their work and work is not done right. Went to get a phone screen fixed, We took it back once for there was a line on the screen. When the "fixed it" the screen again the screen was loose but at least it was working. Later the week the screen was off and not working. Took it back a 2nd time with the receipt to the store and they would not fix it. They wanted to charge me again. Go to Willowbrook for a screen crack they do a good job and have a warrantee.

I love this place. Its a family business and they definitely had opportunities to charge me for more, but they didnt. After replacing a battery I came back in because my phone wasnt making outgoing calls. He took my antennae out and put it back in and it started working. He couldve easily charged me for a new antenna but did not and did not charge me for that extra time. Really friendly people; great small business. I highly recommend.

I went into the store to have my LG g3s screen fixed, and the people that work there are the nicest and most caring people in any phone store. They went through a lot of trouble to help me fix a problem where my 4G wasnt working when they could have sent me to a different store or call customer support. They went the extra mile and if I ever need anything in going straight to them first.

excellent service today on my iphones cracked screen , replaced with a new certified apple LCD display at a reasonable price and cleaned out the charging port which i thought was broken as other screen repair shops led me to believe but rather than charge me for a unnecessary new port he cleaned it out and works good as new thanks faraj for your honest work and fair price

BEWARE! Brought my ipad screen for replacement and paid. The "new" screen cracked the next day. IPAD WAS ALSO PROTECTED WITH AN OTTERBOX DEFENDER CASE. They REFUSED to replace it. Told me too bad it was my fault!? Is it unreasonable to expect a new screen to last more than 3 days!? The IPAD was used 1 time and was not dropped or accidentally damaged after pickup.

I used to dabble in minor iPhone repairs but dont have the time. My phone got wet and gave a weird code message at the start up. I research the problem and brought it in after him to take a look at the cable. He did right on the spot and cleaned out some corrosion and now the phone works. Additionally, he was going to do it for free.

Fantastic shop and very knowledgeable employees. I dropped my iphone in water and thought hope was lost. 20 minutes later it was back working in perfect condition. The repair price was very reasonable. If I ever have a problem again this is going to be my first stop. Thank you Faraj Enterprise!

My only issue with this place is the hours of operation. It clearly states 10:30 a.m opening time. The very few times I stopped by they werent open Until 12 or 1. Very inconvenient when trying to make a phone payment and they arent open at the time stated online and in the window.

I went in today to fix my totally destroyed screen and they were able to have it replaced in 15 minutes. The guy was super friendly and gave me a case, glass screen protector, and replaced the screen for a very good price. Definitely recommend going here. Very reliable.

had my samsung S5 screen broken, looked around, i found this place to offer a decent price, and knowledge, Faraj seems like he knows what he is doing, I drove there, got my screen fixed altho i know S5 is risky to fix its screen without changing the LSD. very pleased.

I went to a store today. They did not helped at all. Plus the repair guy erased all my photos by sending them to sd card - and the transfer crashed. He continue to transfer them even i told him that this doesnt work. Not recommend this place at all.

Faraj is a great little shop! They know how to fix phones and save you money while theyre at it! Had a phone problem, brought it there and they tried a few different ways to fix it instead of taking the easy (and more expensive) way out!
