In the store or in the parking lot for 7 hours. My phone the hardware is going bad but to clame the insurance a technician has to look at it. I first arive at the store 10:30 talk to the manager nice guy said tech wont be there till 1:00 so he gets my phone running again say if it happens again come back at 1 ok so soon as i leave it crashed again. Live to far to go home my problem yes so any i wait till 1. walked in the place is packed put my name on the list. hour later talk to a woman nice person says tech wont be there till 2:30 now and to leave my phone come back in 2-3 hours so again sitting in the parking lot i walk back in at 4:00 now same deal place is packed. Talk to the girl greeting people she say she will get my phone. Comes out say you should be good now. I said i keeps crashing its not good so i stood there 5 mins and crashed it again gave it back to her to give to the tech whos in the back like the wizard of oz. Finally they figure out the phone is messed up ok sweet i need a loaner phone. Puts my name on the list hour later im finally out of there like a boner in sweat pants an its 5:30 at night. Hey sprint why not have a tech there all day or another location with a tech just saying shouldnt have to waste a whole day of work. Thanks

Horrible and unprofessional. Went to return my dropped Note 7 for the recall and they refused to replace it despite receiving calls from corporate conveying the recall included damaged Note 7. I had to wait 3 heres for the store manager to have it approved. They didnt have the decency to call the manager. Jeff, the assistant manager was useless. Finally when Emily, the manager, showed up, she did approve the replacement after reading emails and receiving calls from corporate, but didnt even offer an apology for my inconvenience. I lost a days worth of pay because of them. There was no effort on anyones part to get me through this inconvenience set forth by irregular operating batteries which set the recall regardless of the phones condition. Even when challenged with the fact that if my phone had caught fire that they still needed to accept the return, they did not want to accept my return because I dropped my phone; which was still fully operational. Very aloof about the situation. A terrible experience.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!! They wanted me to pay $120.00 for a basic device while my phone was being repaired. Excuse me? And they claim to have a Loaner Phone Program but have no phones to loan. What a joke! Sprint is a scam!!! I never thought they would do me dirty and Ive been a customer for over 14 years. But guess what...they did me dirty. Leave while you can or else you will end up being in the same situation like me...without a phone for two weeks! And the wait time is ridiculous. They are not professional and dont know a thing about customer service! Again...pay attention to the reviews...its real! Sprint..we are done as of July 1st! I will never invest in this company. Someone already asked me about Sprint and I am happy to say that they know better now! Sprint is a scam! No respect! They want you to pay more for their screw ups. I dont think so!

Ive had the opportunity to visit the store a number of times and every single time I have been greeted with long waiting times and a rude staff. Most recently I ended up dropping of my phone for service and even gave the rep an extra hour from when he told me to drop back in only to still have to wait another 45 minutes because "someone forgot my ticket". They have also refused to warrant a phone claiming water damage, while another Sprint dealer had no such issues with the same phone and had a replacement ready. Spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else unless all you want is the runaround.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Do not let them fool you...they are offering free Tablets if you pay for your phone in full then, they lock you in a 2 yr agreement for your table activation when you only want a phone. Cristin J Jeffress is a theft, a liar and he is rude!!!! I am in sales as well but, its not necessary to lie to people in order to get new activations. You sale because you believe in the service that you provide. At the same time that I was presenting my claim other people were in line to complain about the same thing. You are better off going to another Sprint store.

They deserve NO STARS. Horrible service, i ordered my phone on a weekend due to the fact that my screen cracked and the phones screen didnt work at all. I paid the fee and because of the holiday that Monday they didnt have my phone until Thursday evening. When I asked when will it come in they gave me an attitude , which I gave right back, and left them speaking as I walked out. The fat girl and another African american girl are the rudest people working in a customer service field, they should not be working there if they dont know how to treat people.

The rudest woman I have ever met. Yelled that they wont honor the warranty even if it had one drop of perspiration. Very insulting and demeaning. When they finally had a tech look at the phone, they said the phone was defective and they would order a new one. They offer no loaner phones. The new phone they gave us (it did not look new and had none of the protective covering was also defective) They have basically left me without a usable phone for weeks. I have switched to another sprint location and will never go back to that location.

The sales people here will do anything to sell a contract, even if it means lying about eligible rebates. Even after the "miscommunication" was brought to the store managers attention all that was done was an apology and pointing out that we got a better deal being new customers than returning customers. If you go to this store, make sure you ask questions and double check answers because apparently you cant really trust the people selling the phones! Horrible.

I NEVER had this kind of experience like I had this morning with this female and her attitude,my god she shouldve never work in the sprint store,she start argue with me calling the super I am loud with my voice after I told her I dont like her attitude, not having a knowledge,bad attitude,nasty,dont care what the super is saying,not interesting to do the work,texting till I am waiting,just disgusting I have no other words to explain.Allyson

This store was great, it is much better than other stores my family has been to, they work to keep their customers entertained while still offering great customer service. My family was served by a young man with a mohawk and he was very knowledgeable and did his best to keep our kids entertained. Though we did have to wait a little while, the frendly staff and the effort provided to please the customer was fantastic.

The Best! I will always go to this store because they are very friendly and very helpful. I upgraded to a Galaxy Edge and the woman who helped me (Elizabeth) was very detailed and also very patient with my questions. I would always recommend them to my family and friends. What I have been reading online here about peoples experience I never had that happen to me before in all the times I had to go there.
