I bought a gear S here and they didnt even know that the Gear S can receive auto call forwarding from calls and texts from your original device. They gave me the wrong plan for my watch which didnt allow me to make phone calls from the watch. And to top it all off they put the sim card in wrong. After calling customer care and speaking to a supervisor, I was overall satisfied with tmobile action on the matter. Ive been a tmobile customer for almost 10 years now and never have experienced something like this with tmobile.

Worst customer service since I have been t mobile customer for 6 years. After we decided not to take advantage of the new promotions because it did not work for us, the sales person just gave us weird look and walked away from us.Very rude guy. Be careful who you hire t mobile.

Kareem is the most patient, knowledgeable representative. He went above and beyond the call of duty. My friend who purchased a phone left his wallet there Kareem went out into the parking lot to find him so he could return it. T-MOBILE you lucked out with him.

Dont ever go to this dealer. They lie so much you cant even imagine. All the sales associates are the biggest lier in the world. They will tell you so much just to get you so they will get commission. Awful and disrespectful customer service.
