This is the ONLY place to go if youre looking at buying or servicing your Verizon wireless phone and plan, and the Verizon store on Park in Montclair is it. Steve and his crew provide absolutely fantastic service and really know their product. Steve will do his best to get you into both the plan and phone that fit your needs. I have two plans, one for business and one for the family. Steve helped me tailor both to get the optimum value out of each. I really appreciated the level of interest he invests in each customer. Steve is good with both the techies who want to talk about and debate the merits of all of the specs of the latest phones and with non-technical people who have no idea of what theyre doing or should be looking for (you know, Apple users...just saying). Seriously, theyre very patient, knowledgeable and provide the best customer service around. You will be extremely pleased by the results.

Amazing experience. Great customer service. Super knowledgeable. They made the impossible possible. Steve and his tech guy saved my life. They retrieved all my photos, most importantly all my baby boys pictures since birth from my old phone which the screen shattered and transferred them into my new phone which I bought with them. My photos from my previous phone were NEVER backed up onto my SD card which I was under the impression it was. (My old phone was actually bought from an actual Verizon location that hire incompetent people who dont care). Steve also showed me several ways to back them up (he actually synched it up for me). For those of you who are picture lovers BACK UP THOSE PICS! No other retailer ever took the time to show me how when my first question is about the camera and picture quality. Thank you! You guys are awesome and I love my new phone!

I went to this store yesterday afternoon, June 21st, looking to purchase a new iphone. There were two gentlemen working here, one younger, the other older. The older one, who seemed mid 40s, was who was stuck with providing me service. He had greased back dark hair and was MISERABLE. He provided no greeting, showed no appreciation for the business, and failed to tell me about some of the other options and deals that I were available, which I learned from a friend after returning home. Im the type of person whos nice to everyone, and says thank you for everything. I did not in this case. He was acting like such a miserable rude person... He should not be in customer service, and I will not be returning to this verizon wireless store due to the chance that I would have to deal with someone like this again.

Steve is awesome! I dont know why anyone would go to another Verizon store ever again! He goes the extra mile all the time for his customers, providing unbelievable service. If you have a problem, like your phone got run over by a car (me) or your phone fell in the toilet (my mom) or your phone was stolen (my sister), he always finds a way to accommodate you and make your life easier. You can walk into the store at any time with a tech problem, and they are always happy to take the time to figure it out for you. And with a smile!! Although getting a new phone or trying to fix your phone is usually time consuming and frustrating, somehow we dont end up dreading it with this Verizon. It ends up being more of a social visit with Steve, Joe, and whoever else is there at the time.

Amazing service. I was told at a previous location that in order for me to get a new phone I had to change my plan which would raise my monthly rate significantly. When I was visiting this location for a friend I inquired about the previous stores claim. The guys told me I had been given false information and I was eligible to get a new phone on a current promotion. I went back to the store before the promotion was over, bought an iphone 5s for half the price and kept my existing monthly rate! These guys are awesome, really fun to chat with while your paperwork is being processed and most of all HONEST. Best time/experience Ive ever had at any phone store, Ill definitely be back and would recommend everyone to go!

Wireless Depot is the only place I will go for anything cell phone/wireless related. Steve and the staff go out of their way not just to "sell" you on new products and services, but to consult with you on what you actually need. You can stick your head in just to have a question answered and get the same level of service as if you were making a big purchase.This is a great community business!! "Small town" attention where everyone knows the customers names combined with the information and phone & accessory selection you need.

Recently got a Samsung s5 at this location. I have been coming to this Wireless Depot for a few years now. Steve, the store manager took care of me. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING wireless. This is a much different experience than going to the bigger corporate stores where the employees have poor customer service skills and dont care about the customer. At wireless depot you can tell their number 1 goal is to have repeat customers. I send friends and family there all the time.

The only Verizon store I will go to! I have been to other Verizon stores in both NY and NJ and this one is by far the best. Joseph and staff are great! They know it all, provide great customer service and always has the inventory I need. Having a background in retail and managing several offices servicing thousands of customers per year, it is easy to recognize a well run operation and Wireless Depot in Montclair, NJ is well run. I highly recommend Wireless Depot to all.

Wireless Depot offers stellar service and an extremely knowledgeable workforce. Ive already convinced all of my friends and family to go here. Having dealt with a bunch of other shops in the past, they are hands down the best that Ive heard of or experienced. Joe has been my guy since I started coming here and hes done everything from hook me up with the right case to help me out within minutes of my phone getting busted...cant ask for more.

When it comes to technology I really dont know exactly what Im looking for.. My last three phones i purchased from this store, and they were always very helpful Steve and Joseph always explain and make sure I know how to use my phones before I leave the store. They are very helpful providing me support on selecting accessories. Much easier than dealing with the larger Stores. A nice personal touch is what youll get with these guys.
