Worst Customer service EVER!!! when we arrived to the store, the only employee working was "helping" another customer (long story short) she didnt know why his phone was disconnected sent him home without service and told him "come back tomorrow to see if I can figure something out" not to mention the customer was as upset as anybody can get. Now when it was my turn, I was trying to bring my number from another carrier, she started the process "something went wrong" she didnt know what was going on, kept texting on her phone in between and going to the back room. After about 25 minutes of clueless she comes up with the same solution "come tomorrow and Ill figure it out". I walked out and drove to a Gamestop location which offers Cricket Wireless and to my surprise everything was ok in the system just needed a payment, but since the process was started at a different location, they had to start all over again. The whole process in between the 2 stores took almost 3 hours of my time I would stay away from this location. Would rather go to Gamestop in West Orange or West Caldwell

I went to this location because I saw that they had good reviews but upon arrival, the little spanish woman was not very friendly and put my boyfriend on a wild-goose chase. The girl had a attitude towards me, the person who planned on buying service from Cricket. I couldnt understand that. Another coworker came in, Carlos and he was the complete opposite. He was very helpful and informative. He was able to show me the iphone 5 that i was interested in but the price was 50 dollars more than it was online so I decided to pass on it. But he was very friendly. He should get a promotion.

I showed up with a refugee family from Syria that I have been helping to resettle who needed phone lines and Stephanie, the manager, literally spent all day with us. Their situation was complicated - phones from various carriers with numbers that they needed transferred, irreplaceable pictures from their life before hey came here etc. Stephanie made sure we were taken care of and jumped through hoops to get us the best deal possible. She was so kind and acoomodating. I definitely reccomend taking your business here!
