I opened account in this store on 05/28/15 for, as I believed in the moment, was my friend. I was living in Newark shelter with him in the moment. The employee of the store lied to me on all questions from account opening to the way how I will be informed about payment on this account. I believed that I acted as account cosigner. Week later I realized that money was stolen from my TD account to pay for that bill. I am fighting with T-Mobile ever since on all levels and they made me responsible for 755 - 2 months of services plus the cost of the phone. Never derral with this store and T-Mobile itself. Terrible on all aspects.

Some employees are not fully trained, one of them forgot to tell me I needed to fill out a claim form for a promotion. Promotion is gone, now I dont receive anything. The manager on duty 8/23/16 between 12 and 1:00 pm had me waiting for more than 30 minutes and still did not help me, I finally walked out, Tmobile check your surveillance cameras for proof of my claim. Ive been a customer for over 7 years, Im thinking of switching carriers now. I know Im only one person with 4 lines, but it will add up if they dont change the way they treat their customers.

Cashier STOLE MY SIM CARD Went here to buy a Brand New Phone And the cashier opened the box to "check" If all the products was in a brand new box And stole my SIM card. She must of thought I was blind like I wouldnt notice her putting it in her back pocket and she did it right in front of the manger!!! She said she took it because I already had one ?????? And the manger backed he up. If you shop here make sure they dont steal your stuff.

It was over 5 people on duty this day and not one person had the right information for me and my boyfriend to activate our phone. Everyone was just looking and staring like they didnt have a job to do. No one asked me if I needed any help. My boyfriend was very upset and had to call customer service himself just to get the right information. This place was over staffed and poor attitudes. It created a hostile environment.

I visited this store trying to switch from sprint to t-mobile and all i experience was horrible customers service, strong display of unprofessionalism, workers arguing amongst themselves regardless of the presence of customers, use of "ghetto" language and wierd attitudes. I couldnt stand it so i have to leave, i doubt if i will ever visit any t-mobile store again.

The service at the store was great. Shayla, my salesperson was very respectful & connected with me. It wasnt like talking to a robot in comparison to other T-Mobile retail stores. Went to the store they sold me a defective phone. The assistant manager Adam told me I could go to any tmobile store and get my phone exchanged free of cost. However that was not the case as they charged me a $30 tax fee which is stupid and they dont want to refund me my money. Horrible horrible service!!

The service sucks, I left my sunglasses on the counter by accident, when I called they kept hanging up on me, I am sure one of the workers stole them. They do not want to check the camera. I dont know why people cant be honest. If it was a phone they could do the same thing too.

Called the store for a phone that was in stock, came to the store and they gave it to someone already. Dont waste your time going there and dealing with people who doesnt know how to do business
