This store is not a corporate store and you cannot get help from Verizon customer service. They neglect to tell you this and they dont even have the correct customer service number to provide. They double charged me on Jan 28th. Its Feb 6th and still no credit. Now I either return the phone and tablet and start over paying this store restocking fees or I continue to be told the refund is being processed. This is cash from my checking account. Dont be fooled by the review of Muhammed as he works there and is the person who cannot help me. Do yourself a favor and govto a corporate store. They should be mandated to tell the consumer.

Ok shopping experience. Just needed a new screen protector for my IPhone 6 so they had a lifetime warranty product that seems to fit the bill. Also got a Jabra Talk Bluetooth headset which, unfortunately, is about as comfortable as a drill bit in your ear. Return it for the Jabra Tour Bluetooth speaker that clips nicely to the visor of my vintage 2007 Grand Cherokee. Good product and a great choice for folks like me who dont feel compelled to spend $35K on a modern bluetooth-enabled car. Its "Distracted Driver Awareness Month", which now means I wont fall prey to the local constabulary. $400 ticket? Not up in here!!

BEWARE OF NEW SCAM by "GO WIRELESS" (Verizon Reseller) Just went in today to add 2 new lines and AFTER signing the contract, they verbally told me that I HAD TO PAY a undocumented $40 "Data Transfer fee" even though I did not have old phones to transfer data. The customer rep tried to get the bogus fee waived by his boss and bosss boss but they would not even though I had no data to transfer. Granted NOBODY else would charge data transfer fees anyways. Their bogus fee was not verbally stated OR written in any contracts. At first they lied and said all carriers are doing it now LOL at GoWireless Inc.

This was one of the best experiences Ive had ever at Verizon. Leon worked with me on the phone and helped me figured out the issues I have been having. I then went into the store and he worked with me to finally get my new phone. Leon is absolutely amazing at what he does and such a beautiful personality! I never thought I would be happy walking out of Verizon but I did with him! Thank you Leon for all your hard work, it is much appreciated!!

I was so happy that I had the chance to meet Vic, the Wireless Consultant and Leon the Store Manager yesterday .. Their customer service was amazing .. They made sure that I understood everything and they were very patient .. I am back today with the some more questions and they are both great .. They are both very valuable to the Vrrizon Team !!

Moe and Vikki are awesome. They handled my concerns with expertise. They transferred my pictures, contacts and texts with no problem. Moe even put on the screen saver that was an extra one I had from my other phone. I would highly recommend them and this store!
