Went there to try and switch a number from one plan to another. The man at the desk did not get up to greet us, say hello, or anything. Basically waved us over as if we were inconveniencing him. In the end, he was helpful enough to hand us a phone number to Verizon so we could do it ourselves. I ended up going to the one in Charleston where they were very helpful and able to get everything accomplished.
