There was one competent person in this establishment... unfortunately the other guy was helping me. I was upgrading my phone to a Galaxy S7 and it took him over an hour just to get the phone working/SIM card installed. There was something wrong with his iPad scanning the bar code. He then said he didnt want to manually type the IMEI number becuase he had to fax something (which he said would take 5 minutes). Instead he wasted over an hour of my time while he was on the phone with someone else from Verizon.

Everyone at Verizon Wireless Zone in Lincroft, NJ is helpful, friendly, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. They will help with any problem that may arise with your wireless device, not only when you first buy it, but anytime. There is no reason to go to the big Verizon Store. You can get the same merchandise here and the customer service is great.

Been going to this store since they opened. Have NEVER been anything less that totally satisfied. If ever, maybe a 5 minute wait but usually no wait whatsoever. Much better than going to the "BIG" corporate stores. Simple, clean, great knowledgable employees. The owner Brian is a true gentleman.
