Success at last. I needed a new flip phone to pair with new model vehicle. Two prior trips to this store did not yield results and I encountered each time a cold, unconcerned uninformative representative. I returned again and was warmly brought into the store and brought to representative, Muhammed. He listened carefully to my needs and situation. The store did not have a potential flip phone on site but an effort was made to procure one to ship to my home. Faced with some computer glitches, he was courteous, concerned and tried to get additional help (from an unpleasant coworker). Even got me a stool to sit on because the process was taking quite a bit of time. As he worked, I noticed a manager and went to him to compliment Muhammeds work. Solutions Mgr, Slav Godin, came over to enable Muhammed and worked with him to accomodate me as well as they possibly could. Slav called an area store and arranged to get me a phone shipped to their store overnight. I didnt ask him to do that but he wanted me to be taken care of. That is how good business should be done and a good reputation fostered with future customers. I came back to purchase the phone and was then assisted by Danielle Romero, another Solutions Manager. In minutes, she had the phone set, paired to my vehicle, loaded with all my contacts and she escorted me to my car. Danielle even did some checking to make sure I was receiving the best purchase price on my phone. I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and level of information given to me by Danielle Romero and Slav Godin. My problems, which can be disconcerting as a senior, were resolved. Thank you all very much. I would have given 5 stars if not for the not-so-good earlier visits and they do need to keep more choices of flip phones for those of us who cannot move into the smartphones either for financial or technical reasons.

This is the absolute worst store in existence. Do not go to this store!! I was completely lied to by the staff. My phone completely died. I went in and since its under warranty the woman ordered me a new phone saying it will be sent over night by Fed Ex and Ill receive it the next day. Well I received the tracking number by Fed Ex and it wont be in for 3 more days! I dont have another phone. I dont have a house phone. What if I need to call 911? So I asked if I could get a temporary phone because the woman lied to me about it arriving the next day. Apparently theyre not allowed to do this? Seriously? You dont carry temporary phones for people who experience this kind of problem? No, apparently I can "buy" a phone and return it, but I have to pay a $35 fee. How is this helping me at all? They didnt even TRY or ATTEMPT to fix it! If I could give this store NO stars, I would, but unfortunately I have to give it 1 star. Terrible, horrible customer service. No help at all. Their tech staff apparently knows nothing. This store is abysmal. Do not go here. Rude, inconsiderate people who would rather argue with you than actually do their job and help you. Ill find another store to go to, or better yet, Ill quit these Verizon morons and go with AT&T. Maybe they have some competent customer service there!!!!

WORST STORE IN EXISTANCE!!!!! My friend visited the store and was sold items she didnt ask for and all products were opened without her consent, thereby making her responsible for purchasing The sales person sold $140 worth of items and she didnt even get a receipt. Raad was the sales person. He assured her the receipt was emailed, but it wasnt there. The tech was very rude as well and told her if she wanted to know how to operate the phone that she could just read the book! She was told that all of the accessories that Raad opened were included in a "bundle" if she purchased the phone. No such thing. She was charged for each item individually. What happened to customer service? She was pleasant the entire time and got treated with such disrespect. How is this store even open with all of the negative reviews? I encouraged her to read reviews first in the future!

The WORST!!! So excited to get mine and my wifes new phones, not anymore. First we were lied to. My phone was not in store as originally led to believe, so I will get it 2 day air. NOPE. They after correcting my address 3 times are still sending it to the wrong address and now I have to either wait between the hours of 1-4 at my old apartment office for this or have them attempt the wrong address and them hold in place or correct it and wait a few more days. This store butchers your info and orders and then nobody there can fix it as they deflect you to " just dial 611 and deal with it there". When you ask for a manager you have to wait behind 3 people to get to a rep who will then walk you to a manager, this is baffoonery. Horrible horrible horrible. Never buying here again

I went to buy a phone for myself and my wife here. Overall I found the staff to not be knowledgeable and fairly rude. They made a mistake on my purchase which I noticed before leaving the store. I asked them to remove an extra 50$fee that was not supposed to be there. The sales person said that I already signed the receipt so she wouldnt do anything. I asked for the manager which want much better. She was argumentative and said that she could remove the charge but wanted to go home and it would take too long. While in the store I called Verizon customer support on the phone and they cleared the charge in 5 minutes. A few other times I have stopped here and the experience was always poor. I would not go here again to buy anything.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went in this past fall to upgrade my familys phones and renegotiate our plan. The salesman lied about half a dozen things, including a Tablet he was giving us " for free, " and gave me the wrong receipts, which messed up my rebate. It took 5 more calls and 2 more lengthy visits to fix the problems. Some employees and some managers were rude and unhelpful until they realized that they werent going to get rid of me until they fixed my issues. Though there are a few nice employees there, none seemed to be able to correct the problems in a reasonable amount of time. Again, dont go.

Went in to store to upgrade Iphone and was quoted one price for trade in on old Iphone. The deal was great so I committed to getting new phone. They did not have it in stock so I had to wait to receive it by mail which was not a problem. I received the phone by mail and went into the store the next day to switch it only to find out the price they quoted me was incorrect. They were $200 off on the quote. The manager was no help. Either I take the deal or they take back the new phone. This is FRAUD!!!! I decided to go home and call in complaint to headquarters. Extremely disappointed in being ripped off!!!!!
