I normally dont write reviews but I had to share my experience. My visit from beginning to end was very pleasant. Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to answering the questions I had about my plan and my phone. He looked up my account and noticed that I could be saving money by switching account types. He was very efficient and got me out of there pretty quick! I even walked out with a cool new phone case! Im glad I stopped by! Thanks, Wayne!

My first time at this location. Didnt even know the store was here. My experience was nothing more then amazing compared to a usual visit to a Verizon. The store manager took his time to go over everything with me while never pressuring me to buy. Its nice to go into a store and get customer service over pushy sales. The store and the manager both get an A in my book.
