This store has HORRIBLE Customer service. First I ran over my phone, paid my insurance deductible to receive a new phone which was delivered to the STORE. When I arrived to pick it up, the phone could not be found. The manger then stated it arrived at another store in the plaza and he would put in a claim for it. Instead of giving me a rental phone, they transferred the number back to my old phone and I was to wait for the claim and new (2nd) phone to arrive. I returned to the store for a rental phone, which was a previously broken and resealed iPhone, filthy and scratched up, to which they tried to blame on me to find out from a worker that someone did receive my previous phone but signed MY NAME. So they had no way of knowing who received it because MY NAME WAS FORGED on the Package. I had to contact the LOCAL POLICE because now it was evident the phone WAS STOLEN by an EMPLOYEE and my name FORGED at the store. by one of them. That is the OLDEST TRICK IN THE BUSINESS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. GO to the flagship verizon stores. These little private own stores are crooks.

I have always used this location even though I live 5 minutes from another and this one is 20 min away. Today I had to go to the store because I am having issues with my iphone. Jessica Casalduc and Chris Wiemer went above and beyond to try to help me! We spent hours together and even though I was becoming increasingly frustrated they remained professional and wonderfully helpful! Lets face it...going to a cellphone store is never painless BUT if you have to go, go see Jessica and Chris as they truly put the customer first. Thank you Jessica and Chris! Youre efforts do not go unappreciated!

Been a VerizonWireless customer since Bell Atlantic. Stopped into the Freehold location as I had an issue with my iPhone5s. Needed a quick "point in the right direction" and the staff on hand gave me just that! Wish I remembered exactly who helped me at the counter (sorry) but can say the manager Kenneth McNair made a point of saying hello while I was waiting and made sure I was in the right queue. Thanks to all of you!

I really want to commend the device I received here over black Friday weekend. They took care of every question I had and helped me make the best decision on my upgrade. I also picked up a free tablet and couldnt be happier. If you need help making a decision Chris really took care of me and transfered all my data from my old phone to my new one something another store in the area said they couldnt do for me.

Be sure to ask for Matt. Hes the bees knees and will make sure you get the most appropriate phone, data, text, and calling packages. Hes very knowledgable, courteous, and professional yet funny and took excellent care of me. After absolutely awful treatment and customer service at the big Verizon store between Ryan and Craig Roads near Applebees, I will only go to here to the 537 store.

I come to this store every time I need to upgrade my phone or if I just have a question. Good customer service is not a given nowadays and this Verizon store ALWAYS takes great care of me. Chris was so helpful and made everything quick and easy! He made this experience for my mom and I super painless AND he was able to transfer EVERYTHING from my old iPhone that was slow and had a very outdated software to my new and improved phone! Im so excited and I definitely recommend going here if youre looking for an upgrade and ask for Chris!

I recently went to Verizon and asked about the plans and services that are offered since I was thinking about switching my plan. Kenny was very informative and patient and answered all of my questions. If you have to go to a Verizon Wireless Retailer, DO NOT go to the store on RT 9 because this Verizon store is so much more helpful!

What a terrible place. Dont go here! The employees are corrupt and manipulative. Last time I went, they duped a woman into buying a uncompatable charger and then laughed after she left. My poor mother bought a phone there that was broken and when I took it to Apple they said it was most likely stolen.

I came to the store because my 2 year old cracked the screen on my phone and I could not see any of my contacts. Chris and Jessica helped me get a new phone restore all my contacts and messages and above all got my 3000 photos transfered onto my phone. Thats priceless service. Thank you

Didnt want to spend $800 for a new phone since contracts are over. Ken set me up with a certified pre-owned iPhone for a great price and kept my bill reasonable. The other stores didnt even offer that option. They will receive all my referrals moving forward.
