I have obtained my last two Android phones at this location. The Ridgewood store is much more efficient and professional than the E. Hanover Vz store. When I was here the latter part of summer, Brian Y. was able to upgrade my phone within 40-or-so minutes prior to the end of the stores business hours. Although he insisted the timing was not an issue, I will be sure to get there earlier next time. (smiling) Keep up the good work.

Poop Yeah

DO NOT ever go here. The first time I went was to buy an iPhone 5 and the owner told me that it was too new and I had to wait on a list to get it. I decided to check out a different verizon store and I got the phone the same day. The second time I went was to buy a charger and the owner told me it was going to cost $37.99!!! I bought one online for $7.99. This place is a scam.

I recently visited the Verizon store in Ridgewood, NJ. Typically having to deal with any store is a major headache for me. However, I worked with Verizon employee Daniel and was extremely pleased. His knowledge of the product and his professionalism makes him a major asset to Verizon and his fellow employees. Thanks again for a great experience!!!

We have purchased numerous phones and a tablet from Brian. He always guided us towards signing up for the best Verizon plans. On several occasions, there were some issues with our devices. Brian was very helpful in solving our issues. Next time we buy a phone or device, we will be sure to visit Ridgewood Verizon store and ask for Brian.

Daniel was fantastic helping my mom through purchasing her first smartphone. He helped her set everything up, transferred all her photos and info, and did it all with a smile. He even set up her email, put the phone on easy mode, and installed the screen protector. I would recommend this location to anyone!
