I dont believe in bashing a small business, but I think its important to review some key points about this store. First the positives: 1. Ample parking. 2. Convenient location. Not much traffic on the nearby roads. The store serves an area where there is no other AT&T store for quite a few miles. 3. Easy to see from the road and easy to get to. The negatives: 1. The store is not a corporate store. Therefore, it is not subject to the same standards that all the other corporate stores share and subscribe to. We noticed this key difference when this store charged us a re-stocking fee (corporate stores can refund them). 2. The sales associate, Nirvan, signed us up for services which we did not want or know wed been signed up for until we reviewed our contract with someone at a corporate store. He also told us we were eligible for upgrades when we actually werent. The "hard sale" tactics that were exhibited were not something we felt were necessary or even based on factually accurate information. We did notice that Nirvan was the stores top sales associate for that month (written on a dry erase board in the back of the store).

Great experience. Professional and courteous staff that took the time to review many different plan combination until I found one that worked for me. Had a better experience than in the corporate store I purchased my last phone in even if they do charge a restocking fee. One note: while they are open on Sundays but not until 9 PM as google indicates so you might want to call before heading over. I think they close at 5 PM on Sundays.

This store is amazing and so convenient for me an my family better than the one on rt17 and garden state mall

Very good experience here. Staff very helpful in first trying to fix my phone which had lost service. Eventually did have to buy a new one and Alex was great in going over my options and choices. No hidden charges. Set up my new phone. Very pleasant experience overall.
