The Verizon store was really friendly, attentive and helpful with my Verizonwirless plan. When entering I was greeted by the rep in back of the store and he help me save some money on my plan. I was also glad to walk out of the store with a new iPhone 7 , case and wireless Bluetooth set. I really recommend it if your looking for a good Verizon store that takes care of you and good customer service. Its worth the drive! Thanks!

I came in here to ask a question about my phone, even though my carrier was not Verizon they gladly helped me out and told me "If i ever had any questions to please stop by" I was never greeted with such professionalism at a phone store, so i ended up switching my business account to Verizon because of the young representative named Elvis.

Me and my wife have been coming here for years since we moved to Franklin Lakes. The young man Franco is an amazing salesmen and hes my go to phone guy. Id recommend him to anybody looking to not get ripped off knowing how salesmen are now a days. Also the store is always get nice and clean.

I went in and a young man named Elvis helped me navigate with my phone issue. He was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about all the services Verizon offers. The feedback from Elvis and the staff was so positive that I ended up upgrading to a newer phone.
