Second time in this store and Joanna was very helpful transferring everything to my new phone! I also didnt want to do device payment but she explained it would be cheaper monthly and was very clear as far as the promotions, I will suggest this store to my friends and family!

The store manager gave me more attitude than service. They were very lacking in knowledge and limited in services. They are a half-assed franchise. If you want top service go to an actual Verizon store.
