I have an AT&T iPhone that decided it didnt want to turn back on. I was not from the area and had my 1 year old with me. In a panic with no phone/directions I ran into this store. Hugo took my phone with absolutely no problem, not a care that I didnt have verizon and he was able to spend his valuable time to ensure he was able to get my phone back on. I highly recommend this store I have never felt more comfortable !! I will be switching to Verizon and I will make the trip back here! Thanks again guys! The manager also gave my baby a balloon. So sweet!
