674 main st. Paterson nj branch...Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Walked in while the dark haired lady at the counter was attending to an elderly gentleman. She was very rude to the man because he was trying to situate his money and apparently he was moving fast enough for her. I felt bad for the elderly man because he was trying to get things right and she was being very impatient with him. Her tone was very out of hand. While that was going on, she turned to me and asked in a very unprofessional tone of voice if i was there to pay a bill..i said "no, I need a case for my phone. Do you have one for this kind of phone?"..she responded again very unprofessionally "NO..THATS A BOOST PHONE!" but boost and metro have the same EXACT phone...nothing is different. But her tone of voice made me not wanna continue the conversation..so I left and went to the other metro and they sold me the case and it was the exact one for the phone. Very Nasty woman...very pretty...but attitude and professionalism is substandard.

The Metro is one of my favorite stores to go to. The employees here are always nice and more than willing to help with any issue. Ive never once had a problem here and will continue to be a Metro customers because of well run stores like this one.

They are the best have the best customer service in New Jersey and trust me I have been to a lot of stores. The staff there is great and friendly Jonathan sue and Jennifer they are all very nice and friendly.
