this is the worst at&t store i have ever been in. tried to upgrade a phone early and pay with my checkbook. mind you i just paid for my bill with a check too. their system kept coming up with an error. it was an internal error because i heard the store manager (tommy) and sales guy (daniel) trying to find out why. they told me that it was my check that was the problem and made me feel stupid for the problem. i tried to go to another store to do this and was unable to get past the first step because the clifton store didnt reverse the upgrade we started. and no one there answers the phone so i am forced to back there. they are the worst. i will be calling at&t about this and do not recommend this store to anyone. the absolute worst.

On 2/9/2016 I and my family benefited from the assistance of Mr. Jonathan S. We bought an iPhone 6S, a small tablet, case and clear glass protector for them. We asked several questions before to make the decision and MR. Jonathan replied - competent, patient and courteous. It was a great buying experience owing to him. We are grateful and we will gladly recommend this location.

Great service! They were able to upgrade my phone, and even helped me move my contacts and data from my old phone when it was malfunctioning and wouldnt allow access to google apps or at&t apps. Abraham M. personally took the initiative to assist in trying to move my data when I thought my phone was beyond saving. Definitely worth going to this location!

Its difficult to tell if the employees at this location lack intelligence or if theyre purposely trying to withhold information. If youre looking for people to help you make an informed decision, youve come to the wrong place. Avoid this location, or if you really cant, do all of your research before you walk in the door.

We recently upgraded our phones here. The service was okay. They answered all our queries - nothing less nothing more. I just felt that the person who helped us lacked the energy and enthusiasm of a salesperson. I would go there only if I stay close to this place.

Terrible service. After more than 2 hours of waiting to fix At&ts billing mistake. Instead of giving me credit as a 15 years of loyal customer .They tried to charge me extra. No more AT&T cancelling my service to night.

Came in here for a free SIM card, the guy tried to upsell me for a home security system. My wife had a similarly weird experience here. I feel bad for the employees that their managers make them do that.
