I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE ABSOLUTELY NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Im a level headed and understanding person however they messed up WAY too many times. This store single-handedly almost made me move to T-Mobile. Heres why: 1. Told me my upgrade had already been used by a family memeber. SO they had to patch me on one of our lines that was up for an upgrade to score the price. Fine, I had done this before and it took 15 miinutes or so in the store and was a fairly painful process. The rep told me this COULDNT be done this way and Id have to have the new phone sit on the line till the next day so my sister would be out of a phone. So after saying Id call in and do it myself, the guy on the phone said "why didnt they do this in the store for you?" 2. As soon as I left I realized they FORGOT to give me my receipt that made me elligible for my $50 mail in rebate. I had to turn around and go back and get it. 3. As soon as I got home I found out the phone I had just paid $100 for was listed as FREE online. 4. My phone broke before 2 weeks was up and when I went back they had no more in stock so when I asked how I could get a replacement they said "well if you pay $35 well restock it." ANDDDDDD this store sucksssss.

Everyone from the manager Anthony too a worker named Jasmine are the absolute BEST I was going too switch my carrier because The store in Seacucus. NJ had really made a mess of our account I was livid I usually only deal with this Clifton store but we had too trade in our Notes 7 I called Verizon ( 800) too exchange the phone again because I couldnt find a phone I thought was comparable too the Note when speaking with them they couldnt help because Seacucs had made a mess of the account I went too the Clifton Store Anthony and Jasmine spent three hours fixing what the other store did I saw a customer walk in and they were extremely frustrated and started cursing calling everyone an idiot These workers were unbelievable with the way they handled it They never lost their calmness about them never said anything out of line just took the abuse this women was giving them and believe me it was abuse I couldnt leave Verizon because that would mean I would have too leave this store and their workers Thank Goodness for this store and Anthony and Jasmine You chose The Greatest team too run this store Thank You Anthony and Jasmine

The staff at this store was amazing! I had questions about using my droid and getting a more inexpensive plan, they walked me through everything and I’m now saving $40 a month and I added a line for my mother using an old phone of mine. Though I waited for 30 minutes to be seen or even have some one approach me about anything when they got to me I did not feel rushed or “sold” on anything one of the managers Natalie even popped in to our conversation and asked how everything was going … I actually left feeling special! As far as the negative reviews below, I think it is utterly ridiculous, that you expect to enter a store and immediately be assisted especially if there are customers who were there before you… You asked what kind of price you could get on a phone … Did you look at the price tag? As I recall every phone in the store had a price tag on it. Everyone thinks that they are the most important.. Unfortunately you’re not, so if you walk in and have a question about something like a clip or anything … guess what you wait until the people in front of you are assisted.

I was there to set up an internet fios for my home. They charge me for cable and phone equipment and i never ordered. They said you will not pay anything just 79$ a month. After month and a half dealing with their mistakes I finally set it up to be 100/100 79$ a month they are telling me that i need to pay 150$ for a router equipment?!? Are you kidding me???? The sales person didnt tell me that when i was buying, the installation guy didnt tell me and after a month and a half my next bill is 400$ !!! So i paid for installation and fee charges 160$ and 400 for second bill! If anybody at least tried to explain to me from the beginning i would never order fios internet. I m almost paying for all of this 500 $. After a month and a half the costumer service guy apologizes to me telling me that they supposed to tell me this and also telling me now i need to pay 400$ with the box or wait to get a new one that will be renting every month 10$! Are you freaking kidding me?! I love verizon but the customer service sucks! If i could i would give zero stars!

On top of it being extremely busy and waiting forever, their customer service is awful and they arent knowledgeable at all. Went in for the note 7 recall. First when i entered the manager was outside taking a persomal call so i was greeted by an employee who wrote my name on a sticky. Then the manager came in and i explained why i was there. He passed me off to a rep who had to go to the manager anyway so not sure why the handoff. Anyway they told me I cant exchange my phone cause the screen has a crack and theyll only replace the phone if its in perfect condition. I guess a crack changes the fact the phone might blow up. They were rude and unwilling to help. They had me call insurance to get a new phone and then they would replace it. Called Verizon wireless and Samsung and both told me its a safety recall and its irrelevant what condition the phone is in and it will replaced. I will never go to this store again!

I brought my phone in yesterday because I was having technical issues with it. I specifically told the "technician" to NOT reset my phone as my pictures were not backed up. He assured me that he was just going to restart it. Guess what he did?? Reset my phone and wiped out EVERYTHING on it! Then said "oops sorry, that wasnt supposed to happen", and handed me back my phone to take it to the Samsung store. Samsung told me he must have pressed the volume "up" button instead of "down" which will reset, instead of restart. Im now considering switching services as I cant even believe these people dont even know how to properly restart one of the most popular phones they sell. So unprofessional, and now Ive lost all of the pictures Ive taken in the past 2 years. Verizon...youre about to lose a 15 year customer. Please train your staff better so this doesnt happen to someone else!

I actually very much dislike this branch, but its the only one near me. I would go in and the wait time is literally 40 minutes and the sales representatives are obnoxious and clueless. Most of them look bored half of the time. All they want to do is sell the phones regardless if they are helping the person or not. It annoys me about how careless Verizon is with their staff and how they are towards their customers. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone. My family always gets upset and mad at them for their behavior.
