They just want your money by one or other way. I went there to purchase $45 deal prepaid sim card and sales person wanted to charge me $19.99 sim card price on top if $45 , when I said thats too much and it doesnt say anything online about additional sim card price then he said ok I will reduce it to $9.99 if thats fine. I was like am i doing bargain in ATT auth store. Lastly I said online sim price is $4.90 then lady from the store (probably manager not sure) said to sales person (chris) just match the online price like they are doing big time favor to me.. I dont recommend going to this store. Just go to Clifton store if needed.

I went there for a new SIM card and Genesis was the one in the office. She was totally rude and distracted on the phone. We were waiting for her to finish talking on the phone for 30 min. And then she told us she would charge us 20 for a replacement SIM card . She was so slow when she was talking she seem to be high on weed or something else. Definitely would not recommend this store.

Just had the best experience with Eugene at the At&t store in Nutley on Franklin avenue. Other stores were not as helpful as him. He is very knowledgeable and spent so much time with me setting up a phone without buying a thing. This is my first time ever taking the time to write a review. Thanks Eugene. Nancy

Excellent customer service. Gainvito is polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He looked at our account, analyzed each line for the best and most affordable upgrades and took care of everything, including setup and glass screen protector installation, from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I came to get a new phone a little before closing time on a Sunday and had Vito help me out. He was knowledgable about the products and got me out of there with a happy purchase less then 40 mins. I personally recommend having Vito help you if you need something done quick and accurately.
