THIS PLACE RIPPED ME OFF. The sales person, lied to my face without flinching. First off, the sales person said I would be grandfathered in to an upgrade even though verizon doesnt do contracts of that type anymore. But he said grandfathered and silly me, I assumed I would get the same honest service I had from them in the past 10+ years as a customer. So, he tells me I pay $200 and sign a new contract, and the phone mine. Im thinking, great 64gig iphone 6s for $200. On par with the previous iPhone upgrades Ive done over the last few years. Then he says, lets upgrade your wifes phone. I said, shes ok with her phone. To which he replies, "even if I offer buy one get one free?". I go ahead and get my wife a new phone. But wait, he says, "how about a 128gig phone instead?". "Same price?", I say. "Yes." he says. "How much will my phone bill go up with this upgrade?" I said. "$15" he said. Cool. I sign the paper. Trade in my old phone (which later I find out I should have been given credit for both my and my wifes phone). A month later I get the bill and find out that the $200 I paid was for a "screen protector" and upgrade fees. And Im now financing the full cost of two phones. Because they were the 128gig iPhone 6s that I thought were part of my "grandfathered" upgrade since I was a loyal verizon customer, the total cost of each phone is $825. When I called the store with verizon corporate on the line, he denied everything. EVERYTHING! Ask for everything in writing. Have the guy initial it. Ask to see a copy of a bill estimate. Apparently now, in this place, buying a phone and upgrading is like buying a car. Stay away.

This was the worst experience I had since joining Verizon back in 04. Last week I went to this Verizon kiosk to ask a question and then I got two phones on my account upgraded. I was there a while and notice a extra number on my account for a jet pack. I was informed by the kiosk representatice that the jet was free because of promotional offers. I told I will never ever use this item. He said since it was free just put in it a draw and forget about it. I got home and thats what I did. Luck of me the showed up on my phone and after talking to three different Verizon representatives on the phone they assured me that the kiosk rep signed me in a two year contract with a monthly fee of 10.00. Wow! Imagine my surprise to this news. I took the device back to the kiosk to only have the manager there say only the person who did the sale can reverse it because he in fact was covering this location and he is based in New York. And the person that did the sale only works certain days in which I am not available. Now I have to wait until I can connect to the sales rep which would be next Saturday. Unfortunately that is the 14 days deadline. Double WOW. I call Verizon 800 number again and informed them of the situation and now my option is to take the jet pack back to a corporate Verizon store. On my way there now. Lets see what happens. Will never go to a kiosk again. Lets hope the corporate store treats me better. Update: Corporate store cant help because kiosk is on a different system. Triple WOW. Now I have to try to take off work to return device.

I had the most awesome experience today at the Verizon store at the jersey garden mall. Guil was so helpful with my daughters iphone. he informed me that i needed to fix the crack on the phone before purchasing a new screen protector. Then Erick came along and gave me the best deals and service helping me upgrade and save as much as possible, great job.... Dulce last but not least never let me down continuing the great Verizon customer experience and helping all the way through the transfer of all my data from my old phone to my new phone and let me tell u thats a lot of data....lol I would like to thank the team here in garden mall for a job well done.. I will be back and will recommend this location to all my friends thanks again Verizon....

I wish I could give you guys zero stars but I will just save that for my lawyer. You guys are the most professional scam artists I know. BUYER BEWARE! my fathers phone exploded while charging 2 days after he got and it once he brought it to the kiosk they were so rude. Furthermore, when he went to return the phones so he could switch back to tmobile he was treated very poorly. I honestly can not wait to continue this law suit forward. Do not believe Eric, he is a liar and will give you false information if it means he can make a sale. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disgusting, low class establishment.

Verizon has dragged me through the wall and back with an upfront and honest way with going about replacing my broken phone. as a salesman i never sensed honesty from other employees, just a new way on ways to upsell me on something else. Dulce was upfront and had great customer service and was even able to upsell me on my data plan. so thank you to Jersey Gardens Verizon For providing great service.

Solutions specialist Dave was exceptional today. I went looking for the iPhone 7 plus everywhere. As soon as I became discouraged with not finding the phone, Dave turned that all around. Phone shopping is the worst these days. You can no longer pick a phone, turn it on and walk out the door. Dulce at the Verizon store in Jersey Gardens Mall is awesome! She was super helpful and made the whole experience of switching phones and numbers a lot less confusing and less annoying. They are definitely customer focused at this spot!

Gotta say that the crew at the mall were GREAT!!! Despite there being an argumentative customer Dulce and Ant stayed very calm and able to calm down and reassure the customer. All while helping me pick out my upgrade and syncing all my information. Recommending them to all my Verizon and non Verizon friends.
